I only accept part of the responseThis company is so ridiculous the woman named *** from walmart.com called me last week around 01/1/2014, said she'd call the store and call me backWell I had to call her today 01/20/just to find out they still had no clue to what was going on! She told me the ridiculous things stated above, that I had went into the store and picked up my refund, SMH! I f you read the original complaint there is a copy of the order screen from walmart.com and it shows the order to be canceled I believe by 12/17/it would be cancelledWell I never picked it up, so instead of cancelling it on Dec30th they marked it picked upToday she tells me the store told her I came in on 01/14/and got my creditShe didn't even call me to tell me they sent a egift cardRIDICULOUS!!!!!

As supplied, as a reference, the transaction shows that entering the information on their web site brought up a page of informationIt did show that the product was not in their inventorySo it matters not that they could not find the web pages that directed me to their siteThe fact that entering the search parameters showed that it was listed but not providedI don't see why they are referencing using their site to find the productI and the person in the information provided did the search, on their site, and both of us came up with the fact that it showed that the item in question was suppose to be there
I also want to add that when the representative called me it was extremely late and that was inconsiderate to meNo apologies were given for that late callSo with this being said I have to reply that they are far from satisfying my complaintThe possibility of this reoccurring still exitsOther customers will be lured to their site falselyThank you for your help in this matter

In my complaint I noted that I was NOT interested in money, I wanted the toy that to this date seems impossible to purchase, as the next minute the alert is received of being in stock, it is out of stock again

Again confusing, what order? In my account showed up the egift card, the email I got from Walmart does NOT indicate at all the reason for it, so for a second I thought it could be a "scam" as I has not ordered any gift card
So my complaint is not resolved, I got money I didn't want, a confusing reply, a gift card with no explanation from the business as why, and NO TOY
I know I won't get the toy, the $card is a nice gesture, but won't cover the $to $that I will have to spend to buy the toy elsewhere, when I had paid $for it, and promised my order would be kept open
Now Walmart is even selling the toy (when in stock for seconds) for $

All along my complain was about misleading and conflicting practices, that end up with no *** service other than a lot of emailsNow the business IS FALSELY CLAIMING they tried to contact me over the phone (I can prove they didn't submitting my phone records)I just doubled checked and my contact "on file" is correct
So again, I do not seek anything else from this business, I just want other consumers to be able to read how they LIE!

I, again, thank the Revdex.com for facilitating this resolutionThere was nothing that I could have done alone to resolve it when Walmart acknowledged that its "security issue" had nothing to do with my credit card but it would remove the ban on my placing orders if I simply changed my email addressIt sounded like an internal issue and perhaps, through your assistance they recognized it and resolved whatever issues their system hadI greatly appreciate the work that you do!
