After we received Ms***'s complaint, we reviewed her Walmart.com account and order historyWe have spoken with Ms*** and she advised us that strap of the VTECH Soothing Ocean Slumbers Mobile broke off from the base very easily when her nine month old tugged on the mobileWe have researched the information provided with the manufacturer, VTECH, and they have provided us with the following:
- The demo tag should be removed automatically when the product is taken out of the packagingIf the demo tag is still in position, please remove the plastic strip from the back of the product before placing in the cribThis will activate play
- Keep the mobile out of baby's reachTo avoid entanglement injuries, please remove the mobile portion from the crib once baby begins sitting or pushing up on all fours
- Mobile age grade is Birth to months
- The crib mobile is intended for visual stimulation and is not intended to be grasped by a childMeaning the child should not be pulling on the hanging animals
- Always attach all provided fasteners (strings, straps, clamps, etc.) tightly to a crib or playpen according to the instructionsCheck frequentlyAttach only to cribs with sturdy rails and spindlesDo not attach to playpens with mesh walls

When my income tax refund comes in next March, I will pay off my account and close it

I have had this account since and never had a security breach nor have any of my other on line accounts experienced any issues with hackingI was advised by Debbie in executive escalations to obtain a police report not an identity theft affidavit which I did complete the police report and it was emailed back to Walmart on 10/I did not speak with anyone about my account login information nor them not having a security breachWalmart.com is known for it's issues with it's low level of security and thousands of complaints on how Walmart blames the *** for the breachFunny because like I stated before none of my other numerous online accounts were impacted only your siteI want my money refunded back to me in the form of a gift card and I also want you to pull the ip addresses from that month because I am very diligent about my online security to tell a *** that has been a patron of your stores for over years oh well it's your fault is poor *** service and I will not accept that I will just have to take a loss of $From your response all I can see is you addressed me as the consumer but not your own staff and their obvious misinformation that was given and the way they handled this complaintYou also need to train your "supervisors" not to speak to customers in a condescending tone and with an attitude because they were no help and gave the impression that they really didn't careThis type of service makes me want to discontinue any use of your products and patronizing your store
