Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I did not received what was stated as the desired resolution on the first order - a full refund
I did not received what was stated as the desired resolution on the second order - a full refund
What I experienced after filing a claim is more disturbance, wastage of time with Walmat's associates calling to my personal phone number (which I never consented to)They called and ask really weird questions - about EVERYTHING on their orders (the orders that had been processed with Walmart's electronic system) - everything including the item's name, size, color etcSo, you made an order with Walmart, game your credit card info, payment withdrawnand now they do not have any information about that transaction (!!!) They need to ask YOU everything about that transactionMoreover, for the second order there was a return processed by phone already (with another freaky Walmart's associate) and a shipping label was sent to me and the shipment was started by FedexAnd Walmart still have not a dime of information about what's going on - they need to ask you, the customer, about that! How we happened to trust such a wierd information system as Walmart's with all out credit cards, personal information etc?!
I go ahead and proceed filling the claim on Walmart with other consumer protection organizations and with the Attorney General office. Sincerely,*** ***
