I feel the matter is closed as they have rectified the situation but I want to clarify something in their responseI did NOT enter their store addressI did not even know where that address was until we started tracking the order and ran a google searchTheir website added that addressThe biggest problem was their handling of the matter as to telling me I had t file complaint with m bankI never felt I should be the one having to rectify this situation when it was their fault the whole timeI received no help until I filed the Revdex.com complaintI guess in the future that is the first course of action with this company

I ordered a *** tv standIt was delivered on 7-We opened the box and removed all contents and no screws were in the boxI called Walmar*** and they arranged for *** to pick it up, which they did 7-On 7-7, the issued a replacement order and told me it would be delivered 7-On 7-8, I checked status and found out it would be delivered 7-11, that Walmart's Shipping pass that I signed up for didn't include Saturday's....how was I to know that? I checked and the package is in Oakland (which is abou6t minutes from me) so I called *** to see if I paid extra, could they deliver it today and they said I need to call the shipperI called Walmart and they said they couldn't change the date even if I paid moreI feel something could be done since it's totally not my mistake, but no one is willing to help meVery poor business practices on both Walmar*** & ***'s, making me a very unhappy consumer right now

I'm satisfied with the response from Walmart.com and I'm pleased that they finally accepted the return of the Steam gift card and refunded $to me
However, if Walmart has a policy of all gift cards being nonrefundable, they really should state as much in their online return policyThe current policy says that Walmart gift cards are nonreturnable, but makes no mention of gift cards issued by other companies
In any case, I expected them to honor the guarantee of returnability that a Walmart VP made to me in an email sent on December It should not have been such an ordeal to arrive at this final resolution
