The resolution offered in the response to the Revdex.com differs from the resolution the company has agreed to in external communication with me The company has agreed to provide a full reimbursement for a universal tv stand once I confirm to them that I am satisfied with the look of the stand installed on the purchased tv The representative has informed me that I can expect reimbursement within 7-business days during which time I am requesting the Revdex.com to keep this case open I will only accept the resolution reached with the representative for full reimbursement.

vizio does not honor their warranties qualitiy tv do not loose pictures in only 71/months us the tv was never moved or dropped as vizio claims I will never buy another vizio product and will tell anyone how they have treated me and my family after we bought their tv
I just want to alert anyone who is thinking about buying a TV to please avoid buying VizioIt's a wasteThe customer service representatives are useless and doesn't give a darn thing about the customersThe executive manager "***" as he call himself is unprofessional and nastyI have brought a Sony TV at about the same time I brought the VizioI never have any issue with my Sony, but that piece of garbage I brought started given me issue in less than a yearThey replaced it with a refurbished TV which now is given me the same exact problem in less than monthsThe thing they called *** told me that it is my problem what I do with the TV after I asked him " what does he expect me to do with the defective TV that they had sent me?" I regret the very first day I brought that piece of trashThe TV is a clear image of *** who represents VizioSAVE YOURSELF SOME HEADACHES, DO NOT BUY ANY VIZIO PRODUCTS I hope *** rots in hell

I purchased a Vizio inch 3D LED TV end of for $I did not get the extra warranty thinking I will take a chance, and mostly HOPING to repair if I face any problemNever expected (because of high Revdex.com rating) that these Vizio TVs LED panels are of LOW quality and are apt to die after warrantyMy display went off and I called Vizio support for repair options and the answer, I get is, the TV isn't repairable and has to be replaced, and they can't as its out off warrantyThat is when I realized I spent over 2k on a product that is prone to fail and is NOT repairableI read online and several people had the same complaint on invh TV purchases in 2013, and Vizio would not make a recall on their bad panelsHow can a company like this can have an A+ rating on their products/business who are selling cheap products and deceiving customers? Who don't own their defects? BUYERS BEWARE
