We have a inch Vizio television purchased 2/16/in Naples and used until 4/15/when we went home to Mass Returned to Florida 1/14/and Vizio is dead Tech came and reported it's dead Still under warranty Vizio wants to send us a RECERTIFIED (???) Vizio instead of a new one and only will give us a day warranty Technician said they would bring the RECERTIFIED set and take the dead one back, but would set it up and make sure it worked right Delivery man said they would only plug it in to see if it works
My wife and I just purchased a house and closed on it Monday, April 30, Since we were moving we knew we would need to purchase a new tv for the living roomSo, since we knew we would have other contractual agreements (painters, movers, subcontractors, etc) that needed our attention we decided to purchase the tv directly from VizioVizio had a sale that was ending and they had recently emailed me a 5% off coupon code so I felt this would be my best purchase for the priceHowever, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had and hate this because I have been a vizio customer for a long time, all of our tv’s are vizio products After purchasing the tv I was informed via email that the delivery of the tv would be after our move out date from our apartmentSo I notified Vizio and was advised that the rep could not change the shipping addressHowever, she advised that vizio uses a third party shipping company and I could call them to reques
