Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I just called Vizio and talked to [redacted] and she told me that the parts were apparently ordered and she would have to get back to meI think that this is very poor service and how can they consider the case closed when they don't even know what's going on Regards, [redacted]
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below VIZIO customer service again contacted us with the same useless "offer" as beforeSeems like a poor deal for consumers to purchase a product in good faith, receive the product damaged and then be given the option to spend MORE money on their productsThis is unacceptableWhy would any consumer want to continue their business relationship with a company that treats them this way? The only viable solution to this is a refund (partial or complete) or replacement of the unitOutside of that we are at an impasse, and VIZIO is not willing to negotiate in good faithIf VIZIO can't stand behind the quality of their products then I think their Revdex.com reputation should reflect thatPlease file my experience with VIZIO products and customer service as a ZERO or an F or whatever grade can be given to warn off other potential suckers that might fall prey to VIZIO's predatory business practices Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below We believe this to be a warranty issue and expect full replacement of the TVI do not believe I should incur additional expense to have a working TVI also am disappointed no one has examined the TVThe pictures clearly reflect no damage to the box or the TV itself and the damage is internalI request that we receive either a refund or a replacementI am more than happy to schedule a time to have it looked at or would bring it to a location to have VIZIO examine it Regards, [redacted]

I am only accepting this response because vizio did contact me and stated they will offer me a recertified televisionDepending on if this tv is in new condition when it is received as promised, I may contact Revdex.com againThank you Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedRegards, [redacted]
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [A Vizio representative called me earlier this morning to explain their policyHer exact words were "I have nothing to offer you." Here is the problemVizio was clearly following their policyThe issue is that their policy is unethicalIt is morally reprehensible to force a customer to incur additional expenses for which he or she receives no compensationTheir faulty product has cost me extra money and they simply do not careThis company generates millions of dollars in revenue for its shareholders every yearObviously, the CEOs care more about procuring their next yacht or beach home than they do taking care of their clientsTheir phone call resolved nothingThis is just another example of corporate greed.] Regards, [redacted] ***
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I truly feel like I have been robbed of my money, because I have went a month with no television but they already have my moneyIn no way does anyone care when I call customer servicePeople from corporate called me and still came to no acceptable agreement but to pay more money for a warranty extensionI am still waiting on a NEW replacement TV, that was supposed to be here days ago but it's NOTI have actually been waiting on a TV since April 6, Im just tired of this hassling process that is not benefiting me in any way Regards, [redacted]
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I appreciate the fact vizio called me in regards to this complaint, however, I called back on five occassions to finally get a respone back hours laterI was told by vizio that due to the fact ITI (their repair company) only sees broken televisions that this does not impact the need for a recallI feel since ITI indeed said there are a high number of the tvs that have issues that a recall still should be warrentedI have only had this tv for a year and a half and was told the repairs on it cost more than the tv itself, therefore it is a total lossIf the repair conpany states there is a high number of tvs with the same problem, I still feel as though I should have a exchange in regards to this matterThe simple fact I spent almost on a tv only a year and a half ago that is now rendered useless is not fair Vizio needs to look at this prpblem and correct it before more customers are plauged with the same problem I now am inA discount on a new tv is not a fair resolution seeing I just purchased this one a year and a half ago and what makes vizio think I would want to purchase another piece of junk from them? This issue is considered unsolved at this stepThank you Regards, [redacted]
I just purchased a vizio in "Smartcast" tv (E55-D0) thinking I was purchasing a smart tv similar to others I already ownI am completely and utterly disgusted with this purchaseThe ad for this tv is EXTREMELY misleadingThis is not a smart tv! And now in hindsight looking at the ad, vizio doesn't claim that it isIts a smart'cast' tv You can only cast or stream to this tv using google enabled cast capable appsBut you can save yourself the extra money this tv cost when compared to regular plain LED tvs by purchasing a $google cast adapter from WalmartIt will transform your no frills LED into a smart'cast' tv and save you a few hundred dollars in the process!!!And to make matters worse I purchased the tv with a no refund clause attached (something I did not realize at the timeFine print)This is my 1st and last vizio purchase!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below If you look at the broken leg, it is not a straight break, but shapedThis would tell me that it was not done by dropping the TV and damaging the leg, but by a factory defeict by the making of the legs of the TVThey have offered me first $240.00, then $for a new TV, but why should I buy my TV and double for it? Something is wrong, or they would not keep callingAs I stated before, they have had faulty stands before, why not now Regards, [redacted]

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] A VIZIO representative has called me times and I have also called back and left voice messages twice and our schedules have not allowed us to sync up on times However, I have noted that firmware updates have been pushed through to my television (I am assuming through VIZIO) and now the problem has been resolved The outstanding issue/suggestion for VIZIO is the lack of training from their IT/Phone reps that provide incorrect information and insist that a resolution (to fix the issue) will be at my cost Regards, [redacted] ***
I bought [redacted] tv from this company hoping for a quality long time useSpent over $500! It broke down after years and the warranty expiredYou have sound but no picture!! Company says It can't be fixed and we will sell you another oneAfter checking it seems this is happening to a lot of the same tv'sThe back lights went outChecking with an electronics repairman and found out that it's a faulty part and they should know about itLot's of them are failing in a year or Some even faster!! All everyone gets is buy a new one when you callThere should by a buy back or recall on these nightmaresYou can see on [redacted] and your webpage all the complaints about the same problems!!!
I purchased a (first) P55-Con 11/26/and the TV was defective (restarting bug) after 1/weeks of use I exchanged it for for the same model on 12/07/(second P55-C1) and in three weeks this tv was also defective and was unable to display a movie without freezing every hour At this time the return window has closed and I warranty the second P55-C Vizio sent me a replacement P55-C(Third P55-C1) that was delivered on 1/6/which came pre broken and had horrific black lines/spots throughout the entire screen Vizio wants to send another P55-Cbut I won't accept a 4th TV of this model as it seems the ips panels are a problem with these TVsI wouldn't mind exchanging it for the P65-Cwhich uses a VA panel or a refund at this point
