I purchased a 70" tv years ago Within the first few months we got the blue screen with sound /The store exchanged it for another one within months that tv Model E701I-Asame exact problem no screen just sound Vizio replaced it and gave us a year warranty now one month over the one year warranty we have a blue screen and sound once again Contracted them they refuse to help but the will discount another 70" tv by a few hundred dollars!! The tv repair people said they can try to fix it but the T con in these TVs are junk so it may not be repairable and if it is repaired cant guarantee it will last Contacted Vizio again and same response We have a two smaller Vizios We had purchased earlier together One a 42" and a 55" one is already in the garbage and the other one needs turned off and on because it looses its sound Those tv worked good for the first yearsSo we purchased the and now we know VIZIO tvs are junk I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VIZIO PRODUCT AND I ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY ONE EITHER!! Unless you dont care that it will be garage within the first yrs

My family and I made the mistake of purchasing a 65 inch Vizio monitor in September 2017. Since then it has been replaced twice in the last 3 months. The third television just went out and it hasn't even been here two weeks. Vizio has proven to be a company that knowingly sells defective products and refuses to refund purchasers money by playing the warranty game with each buyer that has made the poor decision of choosing Vizio. I am no longer interested in doing business with Vizio.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below A ninety day extension on the warranty was not a concession, it was a given seeing as I've had been without a television for three monthsAdditionally, Vizio missed the FIFTH delivery date that was scheduled for 9-19-I contacted them, (as I did not recieve any type of phone call the day prior as promised), was told they could not locate the driver, but that I was definetley scheduled for delivery, and they would call me right back with the estimated timeNeedless to say I never recieved a call back or my televisionI have been given a hour window during a work day or holiday weekend on separate occasions, and they have failed to show or even contact me during or after every missed deliveryI have gone directly through Vizio after three missed deliveries by their represetatives, and their involvement has done nothing to correct the problem, it has in fact furthered it as now two additional deliveries have been missedI have lost a great deal of time and money trying to collect the product I purchased from Vizio, and am out that IN ADDITION to the money I feel I've lost by purchasing a product I apparently cannot obtain from this companyI have never experienced a lack of customer service to the extent that has been displayed by Vizio, and I believe their refusal to either deliver a product or return the funds they recieved for that product rises to the level of criminal misconductVizio apparently considers this matter resolved, however, I most certainly do not agree with their assessment, and I feel at this point I have no choice but to contact an attorney to see that it is Regards, [redacted]

I bought a Vizio 55" smart tv almost two years ago, paid $A little less than a year later had the dreaded blank screen but still had soundCalled vizio and after troubleshooting they agreed it was faulty components in the tv and agreed to replace itTook a day off work to home for the delivery and when they had arrived they had a semi blocking traffic on the main highway in front of my houseNeither person who came and hooked it all up spoke any english so I got no info from either of themAnd here we are, exact same amount of time as the first tv and I have another black screenVizio said I was out of luck and to have a good dayI wad told that "it cost them money to send a replacement tv to everyone who has problems." Well it cost me my hard earned money to buy this piece if garbage in the first place! Never again will I buy another vizio product just so they can replace it with the same junk that'll do the same thing doen the road

I just want to alert anyone who is thinking about buying a TV to please avoid buying VizioIt's a wasteThe customer service representatives are useless and doesn't give a darn thing about the customersThe executive manager " [redacted] " as he call himself is unprofessional and nastyI have brought a Sony TV at about the same time I brought the VizioI never have any issue with my Sony, but that piece of garbage I brought started given me issue in less than a yearThey replaced it with a refurbished TV which now is given me the same exact problem in less than monthsThe thing they called [redacted] told me that it is my problem what I do with the TV after I asked him " what does he expect me to do with the defective TV that they had sent me?" Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowOn February 24, I received a call from [redacted] with Vizio's corporate escalations groupRather than apologize for the way Vizio handled my issue, [redacted] attempted to neogtiate with me about purchasing another television from VizioI told him I was a longtime Vizio customer with multiple other Vizio televisions in my houseRather than thank me for my patronage, he said he would "take me at my word" for thatHe attempted to shift blame to me for the damaged television and told me that it would be too cumbersome for Vizio to instruct their customers that they only have a certain amount of days to open a package and to make a claim on damaged productsI told him this would likely take about seconds to do [redacted] still could not tell me how long the customer has to report damage to products they receive from Vizio [redacted] ultimately offered me a telelvision for $140; I paid $for the original televisionI told him I could go to Costco and get a brand new 32" TV from a different manufacturer for not much more than $140, so why would I give more money to Vizio when they have so inadqueately and unprofessionally handled my problemRather than attempt to make the situation right, [redacted] treated me like another problem he had to get off his deskVizio continues to handle this situation improperly and clearly does not value their longtime customersIf this issue is not resolved to my satistfaction, I will never give the company another pennyAnd I will not stop litigating this matter until it is resolved properly Regards, [redacted]

I got Vizio TVS as gifts, I called regarding a remote issue and was told it couldn't be replaced and so I hung upI'm sick of the remote back cover falls off and the batteries fall out everyday! Your product is expensive and the remote should last longer then this and should be replaced! Model ***-**

On 6/23/I ordered a soundbar(SB3630-E6) on www.vizio.com; The shipping charge of $did not appear until after I placed the orderVizio already had my address, so there was no reason not to list the shipping charges before the option to click on “Place Order”I tried to cancel the order immediately after placing it, but there was no option on Vizio’s website when I logged into my accountI then called Vizio right away on 6/23/18(***-***-***) to cancel the order of the soundbarThe customer representative(Roland) said that the order did not appear in his system yet and thus he could not cancel it at that timeHe put in a note(case #: [redacted] ) that I called to cancel and said that someone would get back to me by phone within 24-hoursNo one got back to me and I called back on 6/25/and spoke with another customer representative (Venus)She said that she did see my order in the system and created a service req
