Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The reason I am not satisfied is dur to them doing nothing just offering me to buy something from them and being more costly to me on top of what I have already paid all they offered me me was a discounted price from them which I can go and pay the same amount at walmart and not having to have anything shipped and wait , where as if I would have gone with sony , samsung or lg since the beginning they would atleast be able to provide me with a repair not having to buy another tv causing me ginancial hardship very disappointed and will not buy another vizio tv ever again in my life , anybody looking to buy any electronic save yourself the pain , trouble , headache and go with better brand even if it is a lil more expensive in the long run you save time and money Regards [redacted]

I bought a Sound Bar from [redacted] that is a Vizio productI've always stayed away from Vizio due to their reputation as being cheap junk and I should have for this productAfter purchase the product was broken within monthsI called Vizio to get a replacement and was told that I would have to pay in advance to get a replacement systemReluctantly I went on the site and provided my informationTwo days later I had heard nothing back so I called VizioThey said my bank card was declined(Please note I had to call VizioThey didn't email or call me.) After checking with my bank the authorization did indeed go through without a problemI was then told to do a second payment online(The first authorization dropped off of my account.) So I went in and did a second timeThe same thing happenedThe bank said it cleared and Vizio said it didn'tI asked to talk to a supervisor and they said they would instead send me a return label for my defective product and I could ship it in that wayThen a day later they call me and asked if I had decided what process I wanted to take! Are you joking? The "supervisor" said they would handle itI went to [redacted] and complained and they took it back in two seconds because they have problems with Vizio all the timeI'll never give Vizio a second lookNext time I'll pay someone money on the street to just speak Hindi and punch me in the faceThat's the other thing...it's an "American" company but nobody spoke English! I love immigrants but maybe phone service isn't the best idea for a job? Just saying

The 3rd week of August, 2016, my TV, purchased months before, began to have screen issuesAfter calling Vizio, they determined the TV needed to be replaced and was under warranty 7-business days later, the distribution company they use called me to set up delivery Unfortunately, the delivery schedule they allowed for was horrible and I refused to take a day off of work to accommodate Vizio's error After almost three weeks, a date was found that I didn't lose work The distributor (Manna Distributors...simply horrible), showed up and the replacement TV has a shattered screenI quickly called Vizio and had to basically start all over (I requested a different company for delivery, which they accommodated) about a week an half later the new TV was delivered (on a schedule much more accomodating to my work schedule), however, it too was broken I called Vizio AGAIN, this time I simply asked that they refund the price of the original TV They refused and scheduled a THIRD replacement, using the same company from the first replacement TV, something I specifically asked they not do I am still in limbo, they refuse to refund my money and seem to be be running me around in circles With Fedex and UPS, they could send me the TV in days, but now I must wait several weeks again to possibly get a replacement TV I could have simply gone to Costco (where I bought the TV) and swapped it out if they had called the store I use and worked with them Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish (whenever that ends up being) DO NOT EVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS! I have filed a complaint with my state attorney general as well

I purchased a vizio tv years ago for my kitchen counter I had a panasonic old style tv in that location for years but upgraded to thinner tv with Vizio I rarely watch tv so must have used it, at most, times in years In fact I still have the original batteries in the remote which are in excellent condition according to my battery tester The tv would not turn on last week and when I contacted Vizio they said it is out of the warranty period I said it was hardly used and I would send it to them, at my own cost, for confirmation of this so they could send me a new tv There was obviously something wrong with the one I purchased and they could inspect it themselves They refused so I threw out this TV since the cost of repair would exceed the $I paid for it DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SINCE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS

Vizio Television model D50u-Dclaims in the user guide claims the tv upscales 1080p HD to ultra 4k HD 2160p Just talked to customer service and told me the tv only displays ultra HD if the signal is in 4k ultra HD This is in direct conflict with what the book says
