I purchased a 70" Vizo TV back in Nov from Walmart for $1, The picture went out back in March I called and spoke to Walmart since I purchased the year warranty They said they can't do anything since it pass years and gave me Vizo number to call directly I called and spoke to a supervise at your customer service number and explained to him that the TV is just years old and I paid a lot of money just to have a TV just for years and have other brand TVs that are over years old and still work perfectMy case # [redacted] When I purchased this TV I thought I was getting a realiable and good quality TV and would have never thought I wasted over $1,on TV I explained to the customer service supervise that I still have the plastic on TV Your supervise just told me that the picture bulb went out and only offered me another TV for $1,plus which is a slap in the face I'm out of a TV and over $1, I told him its strange that the TV went
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I consider this complaint resolved as repairmen replaced the faulty circuit board in my TV that failed when VIZIO pushed out a firmware upgrade Regards, [redacted]
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This is obviously a "copy and paste" by the company, of their prior message/response I reject this as the issue is not just monetary, but having to do with customer service lacking by their companyI would be happy to hear any attempt at an apology or explanation, as this was not a standard "warranty coverage" as their recent response suggest, but rather a long "battle" I was forced to undergo in order to be made whole due to their third party (HD Repair), damaging my television and causing me a lot of stress and countless hours of dealing with this Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowMy new Vizio TV had three major issues within six months of purchase which clearly means there is a problem with Vizio TVs I will never buy another Vizio TV and will tell all my friends on social media to do the same My Vizio warranty did not state that my expensive TV would be replaced with a used demo TV that had been "recertified" There is no telling how many months my used TV was playing hours per day at the retail store before it was boxed up and sent to me In addition, my replacement TV only has a day warranty The replacement TV should have a full one year warranty as well Regards, [redacted] ***
Buyer beware VizioI have owned many LCD/LED TVs over the years; from [redacted] to [redacted] I have NEVER had issues with any of them until I purchased a Visio 70inch Model E I purchased this TV on Black Friday from [redacted] for what I thought was an amazing deal at the timeSince then I've had nothing but problemsThe first TV simply died and had to be replacedMy replacement TV has developed a LAGRE amount of white pixels less than a year later and Vizio is refusing to fix the issue, instead offering me a discount to buy another Vizio Learning from my experiences with Vizio I would never purchase another Vizio product nor could I ever recommend it in good consciousnessI work in IT and have a deep knowledge of electronicsI follow tech and gadget blogs religiouslyI understand that issues occur but the frequency by which they've occurred with Vizio and their treatment of the issue is unacceptableUnfortunately this has been an expensive lesson learned: Never purchase another Vizio product

Purchased [redacted] inch Vizio in March 2016, it started turning off in the middle of watching a show across all devicesThe only way to get it back on was to unplug it from the wallWas told multiple times it was our internet connectionAfter almost a year of going back and forth they finally replaced our TV with another same model, which after a full day of using we noticed a huge defect in the upper cornerLooked like the screen on the inside was warpedFinally got a brand new 4K TV in September In December the top backlight went completely outCalled AGAIN and since the original purchase date was more than years they were NOT going to helpAbsolutely the worst experience I’ve ever hadWill NEVER buy another Vizio product againI want them to refund us what we originally paid so that we are able to buy another working TV

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I had asked Mr [redacted] the complaint resolution rep I was in email contact with, to please email me any correspondenceHe ignored my requestI did attempt to call the number he provided on the email, several times, and on the fourth time, when I was able to reach him, he told me the same thing--that I must have caused the damage to my television During this call, Mr *** did not discuss any price for a discounted, reconditioned, televisionThere was only a claim made, by Mr ***, that he could assess from the photo's I emailed Vizio, that the damage was customer inflicted, thus, not covered by the warranty, and Vizio is under no obligation to repair the TVThat is where we ended the callI am under the impression he did not want those statements in writingI would be satisfied with a Free, reconditioned televisionI feel Vizio should take the matter seriously, that there are too many complaints about this very problem happening to other customers, for there not to be a problem with the assembly or manufacturing process, rather than profess, "...people lie." The facts of my complaint are: The television was under warranty when I reported the failure to the manufacturer Manufacturing defects cannot be assessed by a photo of the TV screen A manufacturing defect could most definitely have caused the screen to crack A misaligned bezel could have caused the weight of the TV to cause the screen to crack An overheated component could have caused the screen to crack #2-5, above, are covered under the warranty I expect Vizio to honor the warranty [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I purchased it FROM Walmart, they NEVER said it was used or anythingI then registered it, and now you are saying that I am not able to get it fixed, because Walmart sold me a used TV? As a customer, I had no idea I CLEARLY have the TV in my possession, and I have the serial numberThe TV was working fine for months until this started happeningThis is the 2nd TV I have purchased from you guys, and honestly will be my lastI have never dealt with such a money hungry company beforeYou are not willing to help me, because of something that was done without my knowledge? That doesn't make sense at allIF you cared about your customers, you would be seeking a fix for this issue Regards, [redacted]
