I am rejecting this response because: I have received a partial refund of the amounts withdrawn from my account? However, after the
company told me over the phone that they were stopping a payment from being pulled from my account for January so they can locate the problem, I received an email from them today about a past due amount? In January, a payment of $was withdrawn from my checking account and applied to the same unknown account that the prior double payments were applied to? My billed amount for January was supposed to be $? As far as I am concerned, I have over paid my account and should have nothing past due? This is not how a company should do business? This has caused nothing but stress and aggravation, on top of cause an extreme financial hardship on a family already on a tight budget with small children? I am appalled by this company's billing practices? I am truly upset that I have been made to feel that I am late on a payment? This email was a true insult.?

I am rejecting this response because: After speaking with vivint inwhich ? they finally confirmed that they can not reinstall my rail system because a competitor brought the rights to that patten I expressed that I do not wish to have the new zep systemAfter speaking on the 18th vivint said they would research and get back to me today 12/No one called todayWaiting to hear back from them after the holidays I guess.?

I do agree with this response, since the last one was sent to me with informationI am still holding Vivint Solar to correct and fix all the damages in my houseI am moving as of June 2nd and cannot rent out my house until all damages are fixed?

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer on 5/10/We addressed the concerns with her credit being ran and came to a resolutionThe customer is aware we are sending a dispute letter to the credit bureau and she will need to follow up with them in about days.?

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer and went over their billing concernsIt appears that cumulative billing took effect, as we were unable to communicate with the system at the beginning of their operationThis led to their January and February bill to be estimated, and their March bill
accumulated all of the additional power that was not billed prior to that monthAs a sign of goodwill, Vivint Solar has offered to apply a one time compensation to make up for the difference in their bill, so that the customer does not pay for the accumulated powerVivint Solar does not guarantee savings, however a cost savings analysis has been offered to the customerThis will require them to send in their Utility statements.?

The system was originally designed to cover 97% of the customer’s annually consumptionDuring the inspections a redesign had to be made in order to meet the electrical constraints of the homeThe system would have been sending more energy into the electrical panel then what it was capable of handlingThe system was then redesigned to cover 71% of the customer’s usage and signed off on at the point of install

Vivint Solar attempted to contact the customer by phone on 11/17/There was no answer and we were unable to leave a voicemailVivint Solar will continue to try an contact the customer to address their complaint.?

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], they advised that they will set up a time with me to make the repairs to date I have only heard from they with regard to them wanting to set up a time, ? they have not set a time or day that they will return and make the repairs? if they follow through and make the repairs then I will be satisfied, ? as of now I am still waiting on a resolution?

The customer did sign a Power Purchase Agreement, so they are only responsible for the power that the Solar Panel system producesThis agreement is not a lease as stated by the customerWhen the customer initially met with the Sales Manager, the agreement was signed and a copy was sent to the
customer's email on April 29th, Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer to clarify their concerns, and will continue to work with them until all concerns have been resolved.?

Vivint Solar Spoke with the customer on 6/25/to address the complaintWe advised the customer that we have sent the dispute letters to the bureaus and they are the ones who will decide if they remove the inquiryWe recommended the customer follow up with the credit bureau's in about days

Vivint Solar has been in constant communication with the customer in regard to their complaintThe customer was able to provide copies of their most recent utility billsVivint Solar was able to explain the benefits of having solar.? ?
