Complaint: *** I am rejecting this response because: I have sent back the agreement signed and dated with the adjustment of a clause of a termination of the relationship between myself and Vivint (as in to NOT reinstall the solar panel) - as requested in this complaint as wellVivint at this point says they will not pay the agreed amount to me unless the panels are reinstalledWe had agreed to settle with Vivint this way we could proceed and get our roof fix by a trusted roofer higher by me not Vivint, the amount we have settle for was way less than it would cost me to get my roof fixTherefore, I had to pay out of pocket to fix my roof that Vivint damagedVivint has showed to incompetent in installation of panels the first time, and in diagnosing the damageThe only reason they reassessed the damage was due to the complaint to the Revdex.com after months of phone callsThe damage resolution department is a jokeI want nothing to do with this companyI am entitled to the amount of money we settle on as Vivint has clearly admitted they were in the wrong doing on multiply occasion and I do not want to have to deal with this again, meaning I don’t want the panels reinstalled on my new roof, risking damage againSincerely, *** ***
