Vivint Solar has cancelled the account per the terms of the Agreement and has sent a confirmation of this cancellation to the customerVivint Solar has also provided the customer with a personal contact if anymore issues were to arise.?

Vivint Solar has attempted to contact the customer regarding their complaintWe have left a message asking the customer please return our callWe will continue to try and reach the customer as well.?

Our Fleet Performance team has been working with the customer previous to this complaint and has since escalated the customer's information and communication to their leadership team? An assessment of their system is being conducted thanks to the assistance from the customer in providing the
requested information? The resolution has still yet to be reached, but we will continue to work with the customer, improving our communication as well

I have given Vivint solar
several chances to correct this issueAgain, they have not shown up for scheduled appointments on multiple timesLatest appointment was Friday April, 27,After multiple timesI won't fall for it againThere last contact with me was to offer me a sell out to have the panels removedI'm not paying to have this done!?

Vivint Solar has provided a resolution for the customer in regards to the roof repairs and will continue to work with the customer until all damage concerns are addressedVivint Solar is currently working with a roof contractor to make the necessary repairsVivint Solar will remain in communication with the customer and has set expectations regarding the next steps in the process.?

In order to ensure that the system is working at full capacity, a technician will be going out on Wednesday, December 20thAt times, Vivint Solar will install secondary backup meter like the one located at the customer's home, to ensure accurate readingsThis meter does not communicate with the local utility provider, and therefore, any issues with it will not affect the utility's ability to register production from the systemVivint Solar's specialist has spoken with the costumer as of today to confirm the appointment for Wednesday, and we will follow up with the customer by the 28th.?

? The customer provided executed transfer documents 7/12/in connection with his purchase of the propertyVivint Solar denies there was any wrongdoing or improper practices in connection with the transfer.? However, we are continuing to work with the customer in an effort to address
his concerns and hope to reach an amicable resolution

Although Vivint Solar anticipates savings with every customer that has solar panels, there is no guarantee in the Power Purchase Agreement that the customer will save a specific amount, let alone any amountThere is no cost for the panels themselves, as Vivint Solar provides them for the customer.? Vivint Solar does see that the system is benefitting the customer, and we would like to perform an analysis on the customer's bills to show them those benefitsVivint Solar wishes to obtain a year's worth of the customer's utility statements to be able to perform this analysis.?

Vivint Solar spoke with the Customer on 2/5/We have advised that the system was operational during the majority of The system produced a total of 5,kWh for The solar panels on the roof will produce power that will go directly into the Customer's homeThey will consume any power they needAny power that is produced, but the Customer does not need, is sent to the utility gridThe utility company will store that power and apply a power credit on their statementThe Customer's usage has increased compared to the prior year and has not stored any credit because of thisVivint Solar confirms there is no error in the system, as it is reporting normally on our endThere was a leak in the envoy monitor, which is a system that allows us to receive the system reports from the solar inverter systemThis did not cause an issue with the panels, as we can confirm there was production throughout 2017.? The Customer was estimate billed, this was because Vivint Solar was unable to obtain the production reports from the system while the envoy stopped connectingWe do not guess the Customer's productionThe estimates are calculated based on the amount of panels the Customer's home hasThere is reimbursement in the amount of $We also performed a saving's analysis and applied a goodwill compensation in the amount of $This totals $Vivint Solar is working to schedule an appointment for the Customer to have a technician check the system to ensure there are no errorsWe will continue to work with the Customer until their concern's have been resolved.?
