Vivint Solar spoke with the customer today, 06/16/We have confirmed with the customer that he did receive the compensation that was previously promisedWe did apologize for the miscommunication, and have offered him some additional goodwill compensation for the frustrationAdditionally, we sent a follow up email to the customer as he requested.

Vivint Solar has contacted the ComplainantWe are currently working towards a satisfactory resolution.

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer on 11/03/We have rescheduled the reinstall of the customers system to 11/07/and have confirmed this appointment with the customerWe have also agreed to look into compensation for the time the system has been uninstalledWe have requested utility bills

problem they have caused When they come out and correct the health issue they caused This complaint will remain open and only satisfied once vivint solar fixed the issue at vivint expense

Vivint Solar attempted to contact the customer via phone on 05/10/2018 and 05/11/2018, we left a voicemail each time We emailed the customer requesting a callbackVivint Solar is currently investigating the complaintVivint Solar will continue to reach out to the customer to resolve
his concern

Vivint Solar has contacted the customer and notified him of the progress with his solar installationHis account has been made a priority and all parties involved with finalizing the process are working diligently toward completion

I am still waiting to hear from the company . I am not sure what VSLR means? But I was told that my complaints was going for review this Thursday. So it's not really a week as they stated. its more like or three weeks. Can you keep this open until then??
