Good afternoon,Vivint Solar indicated that they will credit my account for $166.62, but they have not done soThis should have occurred in May of this year.After a phone call with Vivint Solar today, they indicated that they have no record of giving us a credit for the above mentioned amount. They are telling us that me owe them currently $400.00.The representatives that were spoken to today are:JocelynBailey (supervisor)While speaking with Jocelyn, she provided poor consumer service and kept putting me on hold and questioning me as to why I wanted to speak with a supervisor.Once the supervisor came to the phone, I explained the situation to her regarding the credit to my account for $166.62. She proceeded to tell me that there is no record of them issuing us a credit from Vivint. She then placed me on hold while she reviewed the accountAfter returning to the phone, She (Bailey) told me that we owe Vivint $400.00.At this point, I am extremely upset as to why I am being treated in this manner. This company (Vivint) is the worst organization that I ever received customer service from.Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated

I am rejecting this response because:We are not getting any were!!!! I thought the Revdex.com is supposed to help scammed customers!!!! I was promised mayas a date now theymove it up for their convenience and that's ok?! I was promised a credit a months ago!Should I even bother wasting $ on this whole scam or is it water off my time???? The radiation from these panels is making my family sick! And the stress of paying for panels that aren't working is causing me severe anxety!! I don't trust the promised being made by this companyThey keep changing my appointments without informing me!!! I'm still getting billed for panels that aren't working and I'm not receiving any credits on my electric bill.IM BEING SCAMMED!!! I want the credit for the bills I paid for a non working service, I want these worthless panels of my home and for vivint solar to stop billing me for panels that aren't working!!!! How long are you going to let this company get away with this!!!???

No one from this company has given me a sensible answer to why I am paying more with solar than before I got itI have mailed about electric bills for inspectionWhy this is necessary I don't know? But if they don't make a favorable decision I will take them to court because I'm very angry about paying more than beforeTheir selling point was lower electric bills!

Vivint Solar attempted to reach the customer via telephone on 05/10/The customer was unavailable, so a follow up email was sentWe have offered a resolution to the customer with regards to paymentsWe will continue to try and contact the customer to discuss the complaint, and come to a
resolution

Vivint Solar has been working with the customer toward a resolutionWe have offered a resolution within the terms and conditions of the agreement that would resolve any further delays with regard to obtaining permission to operate

Vivint Solar is currently in communication with the customer regarding the referral bonusesVivint Solar will continue to communicate with the customer to come to an agreed upon resolution

I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this complaint because they never addressed why I have the size solar system I have when clearly I only needed a kilowatt system and not a kilowatts system and Vivid solar is overlooking the agreement they have with PG&E

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer regarding their complaint, we were able to schedule a fix with our RFR Crew for 4/The customer will contact their contractor, so they are present the same day of our Crew. Vivint Solar will remain in communication with the customer in regard to their
complaint

Vivint Solar reached out to the customer on 7/19/to discuss their complaint, and we are working with them to come to a resolution within the terms and conditions of the agreementWe have confirmed that our scheduling department is working toward having an appointment scheduled as soon as
possible to resolve the system issue, and are expediting the process to the fullest extentWe are currently waiting for the required equipment to be approved for shipment and arrive at the local officeVivint reached out to the customer on 7/21/to provide a follow up with the situation, but we were only able to leave a voicemail

Vivint Solar attempted to reach out to the customer regarding the complaintWe called the customer on 11/and left the customer a voicemailWe also emailed the customer to address their offset and Design concernsVivint Solar has submitted a check to compensate the customer for his November
Mosaic loan payment

Vivint Solar is working to obtain additional information regarding the alleged roof damages and the needed repairs. A claim manager has contacted the customer to provide an update regarding the repairs, and a voicemail was left. We would like to receive the customer's estimates to review
further and compare the scopes of work to be done

Vivint Solar and the customer were able to schedule a service appointment for 7/24/for the animal guard installation. Vivint solar was able to address the billing concernsA billing adjustment has been submittedIt may take 7-business days for the adjustment to be applied

Vivint Solar contacted the customer on 12/27, 12/28, and 1/to speak with the customerVivint Solar has scheduled the panel removal appointment for 1/and will continue to work with the customer until their complaint has been resolved within the terms of the agreement

I am rejecting this response because: I received a telephone call while I was out Called business back and left them a message to return my call No return call The email said they called me and that they will return call me next week ????? Obviously they are in no hurry to resolve this Here comes the run around again ! I will, in good faith, reach out to Jeanette J*** ###-###-####, exta couple more times THIS WEEK !
