Vivint Solar has identified a resolution with our customer, they have accepted the offer and we are working to complete all necessary actions at this time.

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer and agreed upon a course of action for resolution of concerns with in the contract terms as signed by the customer

I am rejecting this response because:Vivint has not
been in contact with me since I submitted my complaint almost weeks agoI have contacted them twice since then and have gotten the run around both timesOne rep stated that she would send someone to my house to make sure the system was working properly and see if I needed additional panelsNo one has come I will not be satisfied until they provide satisfactory service, and come up with a reasonable and timely solution to my problem. Our company has again attempted to contact the complainant without successWe would very much like to do anything that we can to help resolve their concerns, and we ask that they contact our corporate office at their earliest convenience

Vivint Solar contacted the customer via phone and email on 4/in regard to their complaintPer the signed Power Purchase Agreement dated (6/18/2016) "Section Price and Payment (iv) Limits on Obligation to DeliverWe are not a utility or public service company and do not assume any
obligations of a utility or public service company to supply Your energy requirementsWe are not subject to rate review or other utility or public service company regulation by governmental authoritiesDuring the Term, You understand that You may require more electricity than the System may generateIf You need any such additional energy, then You shall be solely responsible to obtain such energy from the Utility at Your costOTHER THAN AS EXPLICITLY SET FORTH ON EXHIBIT B, WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE (i) THE AMOUNT OF ENERGY PRODUCED BY THE SYSTEM FOR ANY PERIOD, (ii) ANY COST SAVINGS, OR (iii) THE EXISTENCE OF OR PRICING ASSOCIATED WITH ANY NET METERING PROGRAM, OR UTILITY OR GOVERNMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAMUTILITY RATES AND UTILITY RATE STRUCTURES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGETHESE CHANGES CANNOT BE ACCURATELY PREDICTEDPROJECTED SAVINGS FROM YOUR SYSTEM ARE THEREFORE SUBJECT TO CHANGE." Vivint Solar is working to get the contractor on the job site to proceed with the process of making the necessary repairs We will continue to address the situation with urgency and progress should be made shortly

We are still working with the customer and our billing department regarding the billing concerns We hope to have this resolved soon, as the customer has been very responsive in our communications

In order to ensure that the system is working at full capacity, a technician will be going out on Wednesday, December 20thAt times, Vivint Solar will install secondary backup meter like the one located at the customer's home, to ensure accurate readingsThis meter does not communicate with the local utility provider, and therefore, any issues with it will not affect the utility's ability to register production from the systemVivint Solar's specialist has spoken with the costumer as of today to confirm the appointment for Wednesday, and we will follow up with the customer by the 28th

Vivint Solar is working with the customer to schedule an appointment on a Saturday that works for the customer to have the panels reinstalled

I am rejecting this response because: Vivint Solar will not lift the lien/encumbrance.Security Lending, will not do any reverse mortgages nationwide, if the homeowner has Vivint Solar on their property in the near future

Per the PPA contract, the customer is responsible for any fees associated with their panel removal requestFurthermore, a Customer requested shutdown during the first five (5) years of the Agreement will be done at Our sole discretion and at a cost mutually agreed on before We remove the system
After the sixth anniversary of the In-service date, the customer does have the option to buy out or transfer the system in their name
