I am rejecting this response because: I am waiting to hear back from vivint to see if we can finally come up with a solution to this problem that has been on going for over months

We have reached out to the customer and are working on resolving her issues She is working to provide us
with the paperwork necessary for us to assist her The paperwork initially provided was illegible and the customer will be sending a clearer copy The customer's case remains open until we are able to come to to an amicable resolution within the terms of their signed agreement
Vivint Solar is working with a local, licensed contractor to provide another opinion on the
cause of the roof leakThe customer will also be sending in their utility bills for review from which point we can work with our customer to determine an agreeable resolution for both parties that is also within the terms of the agreement
Vivint Solar has contacted this customer and is working diligently toward resolving the issue
Vivint Solar is currently in communication with the customer regarding the complaintVivint Solar and the customer have come to an agreement in regards to a resolution to the roof repairs.

response because:i wish to resolve the defective solar panels on said appointment dateI also wish to receive reimbursement for thousands of dollars of unnecessary electric charges this has incurredAt which point then will resolution be made.

Vivint Solar reached out to the customer on 9/to discuss their complaintThe customer informed us that they had found a buyer who was willing to assume the agreement, pending closing on the propertyCustomer will be sending our Solar Workout team a copy of the agreement signed by the customer and the buyer of their property.
We are reluctantly closing this file against Vivint Solar but will reopen it if they fail to comply with the contract.
