Vivint Solar previously addressed this matter with the customer and they have been made aware of their Contractual agreementThe customer is requesting something that is not within the Term of the Power Purchase Agreement

We were able to schedule a Saturday appointment for 9/to accommodate to the customer's scheduleAll system issues were resolved at that time and we have submitted their accounts to be reviewed to check for potential over billing that may have taken placeThe assigned specialist has been in contact with the customer and provided this update, and they will follow up with the customer no later than 10/with the results of the reviewWe will continue to monitor their system's performance and reach out to the customer when issues arise

We have reached out to the customer regarding their complaint.We will be working with the customer regarding the referral amount that was discussed with them.

Vivint Solar does currently have an open case in regards to the home damage There is a current ongoing investigation into the situation, a second damage assessment will need to be performed at the home by a Vivint Solar technician before further resolution can be determined

I am rejecting this response because: my system is now producing 1/of the power it did a year ago so obviously the previous bills were either wrong and I was way over charged or there is still an issue with the system that needs to be addressedHave again tried contacting local Vivint solar reps with no response

The customer informed Vivint Solar that they were not satisfied with the offer we made for ResolutionVivint Solar is currently reviewing the customers most recent request for compensation, and will communicate our decision to the customer as soon as one has been madeWe anticipate a decision within the next 5-business days

Vivint Solar is working to regain communication with the systemThere was a Service appointment completed on 06/09/At this time we are waiting for the system to update, so we can determine if we have regained communicationThe customer currently has a credit balance on their accountThe
credit was applied in April 2017, and has remained on the account as the customer has not been billed since thenVivint Solar will continue to work to resolve the customers complaint.

customer on 7/The Customer confirmed that our Customer Service department was able to help them with their online account center so they could access their invoiceVivint Solar is currently working with the customer to come to a resolution within the terms of our agreement

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer and scheduled an appointment for November 7, to troubleshoot and rectify the issuesWe will remain in communication with the customer until their concerns have been addressed and resolved

Vivint Solar has assigned a specialist to work directly with the customer, and they have made contact with themWe are in the process of scheduling an appointment and things are being expedited as much as possibleAs soon as an appointment is set, the assigned specialist will reach out to the
customer to confirm everything, and ensure it goes through smoothlyWe will remain in constant contact with the customer, providing weekly follow ups, and come to a resolution that is within the terms and and conditions of the agreement

Vivint Solar has been working with the customer to come to a resolution within the terms and conditions of the agreementA site survey has been scheduled to verify if the new home is capable of supporting the systemSeveral factors are considered when pricing of the relocation occurs, some of
these include distance from the original home, labor costs, new permits and inspections among other factors.

I am rejecting this response because: I am waiting to see what they present. So far, I have
not seen them living up to any part of the agreement they made with me. Every step of the way there have been mistakes, lies, delays and misleading information.I am not closing this out and am still anticipating ending this contract
