I am rejecting this response because: As recently as 10/20, some of my neighbors were approached by the same Vivint sales representative who also told them he was NOT there to sell them anything having to do with solar energy On c;loser questioning, he acknowledged that Vivint would like to install solar panels on their houses If a company's sales representatives actively lie to potential customers, and the company then refuses to acknowledge that the sales representative is actively lying, then that company cannot be trusted My call to the Westminster City Clerk's office revealed that, while Vivint has a permit to solicit business within the city limits, they have received numerous complaints about the sales representatives lying about the true nature of their calls.Resolution requested: Discipline existing sales staff for lying to prospective customers and publicly acknowledge that sales staff has actively lied to prospective customers in an effort to obtain contracts for installation of solar panels

After reviewing our online monitoring portal, Vivint Solar has determined that the system at their home is operating normallyIn order to investigate things further, we have scheduled a visit to the home that will take place on Wednesday, 12/We will be able to determine whether or not our
system is communicating properly with National GridA specialist has been assigned to work with this customer, and they have reached out and spoken with themWe are currently waiting for the customer to email their bills in for analysis, and once that takes place, the specialist will review everything and contact the customer on or before Tuesday, 12/Vivint Solar will remain in weekly communication with the customer until a resolution, that is within the terms and conditions, is met.

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer and scheduled an appointment for 12/14/with an arrival window of 8-11amWe will continue to work with the customer until their concerns have been addressed

Vivint Solar must perform the necessary inspections on the system to ensure it meets the city code We sincerely apologize about the lack of scheduling options but these are the appointments available between the city inspector and the Lead Inspection Technicians with Vivint Solar We are committed to working with you to ensure that all is handled in a timely manner and are ready to work to schedule the appointment's when our customer is also ready We understand schedules can be busy this time of year We are here willing, and ready to work with our customer however we can to accomplish the final steps that need to be accomplished to receive permission to operate the system

We have provided copies of the letters sent to the credit bureaus to the customerCustomer has been given a direct contact at VSLR in case any issues arise

Vivint Solar was able to provide repairs to the customers homeCustomer has expressed concerns with the after initial repairs were madeVivint Solar has reached out to a third party contractor to satisfy the concerns of the customer.

Vivint Solar is currently working to arrange an animal guard install appointment with our customerThe total cost of guards has been calculated out to $306.15, an invoice has been emailed to our customer and an appointment will be scheduled upon the invoice being paid The credit concerns
will need to be addressed with the receiving utility company, looking through the solar system's production history, the system has been producing very well, and is consistently producing the amount it was designed to produce.

Vivint Solar attempted to contact the customer on 06/23/17, to inform him that we have agreed to install the requested Animal Guards, and to get the installation scheduledThe customer was not available, so a voicemail was left requesting he return our call to schedule the installationVivint Solar will continue to try and contact the customer to get the installation of the Animal Guards scheduled

Vivint Solar has reached out to the customer to schedule an appointment to make sure that the system is hooked up properlyVivint Solar is waiting for the customer to confirm a time for the appointment
