I am rejecting this response because: How can they say "in the event that the customer overpaid"? Over the months of January, through May, 2017, I paid their company $in "estimated" bills. The system shut down on January 15, The company would have still been taking my money out of my checking account for "estimated" bills had I not stopped payment at the bank. I am also out $in Delivery and Service fees from my Electric Company. These fees were the reason that I signed up for solar power, so I could save that amount. This company has cost me almost $in fees and then the $paid directly to them. Then there is the fact that my system has not collected power so that I would have some excess, which helps with the winter electric bills. I am completely disgusted with this company. On top of all of that, two days after they "fixed" my system I received an e-mail from their technical support saying that my solar energy system wasn't "reporting properly". I called them and was told that it was a mistake. Then on Tuesday, August 29th I received an e-mail stating that if I didn't pay my seriously overdue bill, they would shut off my solar power !!!!! Are they just that much out of touch with each other?!?

I am rejecting this response because: According to the business card that I have Mitch C*** is a sales rep and not a sales managerWhen I reported this to Vivint Solar they told me that they would talk to the sales manager to conduct training with him over the issueWhy would A sales manager need to talk to a sales manager? It doesn’t make sense for me to ask you to run my credit, then take all these steps to make a complaint with first, Vivint Solar, then Solar mosaic, then the Revdex.comAlso the sales rep also did the same thing to my neighbor who is willing to come forward and tell a similar story like mineI run every credit application with my wife as she has a better credit score then meThis is a predatory company that has a history of use of this tacticI know this because Vivint Solar has a system in place in case someone noticesAnd now they want to lie about what happened in a attempt to not have to take responsibility for their actionsHow come this wasn’t written in the first responseI will not be happy until this comes of my credit report and because the company is now trying to lie and make me look bad it is my goal to let everybody I can know about how Vivint Solar does business

Vivint Solar contacted the customer on 2/and provided the customer with a copy of their Power Purchase Agreement and their previous months' invoicesVivint Solar will continue to remain available to answer any questions the customer may have
