Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Attached is the roof Certification showing the roof was fine when we bought the home int This goes against the claim Vivint is making that the roof was improperly installed when the house was built This home is over years old As I stated before, it needed some roof maintenance, which has been taken care of, but has had no problems until Vivint installed their solar system They have verbally told me they have not had a real roofer look at the roof until this very last visit, so they are not telling the truth when they say they have had various roofers or experts look at it They have not done a leak test This is the standard to tell where the leak is coming from They have not been out to the home since the maintenance repairs have been completed I would like them to keep their promise they made to the Revdex.com and me to adjust the brackets to a inch overlap with the tiles and repair he damage caused by the leak inside
Sincerely,

statement, and they will also receive an email each month with a copy of the current StatementA current copy of the invoice was sent to the customer via email

Vivint Solar has been in constant communication with the customer in regard to their complaintThe customer was able to provide copies of their most recent utility billsVivint Solar was able to explain the benefits of having solar

I am rejecting this response They did contact me about a month ago to tell me I am on default and will pursue further action, but when I asked about the system they said they have removed from the home and didn't know where it was located on Maui? So I told them that it was unfair cause the agreement stated do me to have a chance to buy it out be for removal so in actuality they are in defaultAlso mentioned about vivint taking money out of my bank account for over 5months totalling dollars? Not legal by did it anyway, so just want to let people know of them being dishonest and unfair! Thanks
Sincerely

I am rejecting this response because: some of the things mentioned in the response are only partially trueI have initiated all phone and email communicationThey replied once and sometimes I have been lucky enough to get someone to take my phone call The only thing I get from
the company is passive aggressivenessThey agree that the company owes me a refund and they say that I will receive the money soon, but it never happensInstead, I continue to receive emails from them saying that my account is passed due and that if I don't settle it they will be forced to take further action
Sincerely,
