reference to complaint ID *** The company did not contact me with an apology. As a matter of fact, I don't want to hear from them; however, I filed a dispute with Equifax, and in response to Equifax, the company has agreed to have their entry removed from my credit profile

I just
received an email from your office saying that this matter has been closed.Apparently the company involved, Vivant Solar, stated they reached out to me but got no response. This is completely untrue. Vivant solar sent me one email which I can forward to you. They simply said they had received the complaint and would like to resolve it. I responded in an email again reviewing the issues and concerns. This was more then a week ago and they have not responded to me!I am in no way satisfied with this and it is just another example of the company not following through.Please contact me.Thank you.*** ***

Vivint Solar has attempted to contact the customer via telephone and via email on 1/4/with no responseVivint Solar has confirmed the part is in the warehouse, Vivint Solar has scheduled a service appointment for 1/Vivint Solar will continue to contact the customer regarding their complaint
to discuss a resolution within the terms of the agreement

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer via phone on 5/4/We were able to address all billing concerns with the customer, and will continue to work with the customer to ensure they are satisfied

As previously stated, Vivint Solar found no erroneous actions took place at the time the
contracts were signed or the systems installedThe sales representative printed and personally delivered all contracts to the customerAdditionally, when contacted by the complainant (the contract signer's son) the sales representative offered to meet with him on more than one occasion to discuss all terms of the contract, as discussed with the contract signer as well as allay any concernsThe complainant refusedVivint Solar does not discriminate by age and is within the terms and conditions of the signed Power Purchase AgreementsThe contract signer made no request for cancellation prior to the installation of the SystemsTo date the contract signer has not communicated any complaint to Vivint Solar verbally or in writing. The complainant is not within contractual rights to request cancellation as they are not the contract signer nor Power of Attorney for the contract signer

Vivint solar contacted the customer on 5/30/and re-emailed a copy of their signed Lease Agreement and Lease Disclosures signed and dated by the customer on 1/18/and 2/2/respectivelyVivint solar previously compensated the customer regarding the internet service dispute, which was the
agreed upon resolutionDuring phone communication on 5/30/the customer was adamant in their demand for cancellation and was not open to other negotiations with regards to resolution. At this time the customer is requesting a resolution that is not with in the terms of the agreement entered into on 1/18/

I am rejecting this response because: I do not want the complaint closed until the company actually contacts me to settle the complaintIf an adequate settlement is reached, then I will approve the complaint being closedAt this time, no settlement has been offered so I cannot accept an "offer to make an offer" by the business

Per the PPA contract, the customer is responsible for any fees associated with their panel removal requestFurthermore, a Customer requested shutdown during the first five (5) years of the Agreement will be done at Our sole discretion and at a cost mutually agreed on before We remove the system
After the sixth anniversary of the In-service date, the customer does have the option to buy out or transfer the system in their name.

response because: They have the ability to look at all our bills, SDGE and their own and are refusing to collect that informationThey are not cooperative with their clientsI am still waiting for a response from them regarding our invoices

Vivint Solar and the customer will work on an agreed upon resolution withing the terms of the agreement, once the service appointment has been completed.

We have reached out to the customer regarding their complaintWe will be working with the customer and their Customer Success Manager, to ensure the customer is updated during with Permission To Operate Process
