I am rejecting this response because:While the Conflict Resolution department did contact me, we have not
actually connected via phone despite me calling back during the stated business hours. We exchanged voicemails between the two of us, my last one asking the representative to contact me via email, which she actually did.After writing a lengthy email on Friday, October 23, 2015, describing all the problems we have been having with Vivint Solar, I have not received any response whatsoever. I have also not received the refund that I requested, due to Vivint's multiple improper billing errors.A copy of the email I sent to the Conflict Resolution department is attached.Please help me resolve this so that 1) I will begin receiving my monthly invoices for BOTH accounts, and 2) I may receive a refund for months' worth of improper billing

Vivint Solar has complied with the request of this customer and fully cancelled their accountWe have sent them confirmation of this cancellation

We had called on 6/7, leaving a voice message to address the customer's concern We will be reaching out again before the end of business today (6/16) The number we currently calling is the number found on our account records, which matches the number provided in the Revdex.com complaint

Vivint Solar has attempted to contact the customer via telephone and via email on 05/15/18 with no responseVivint Solar will continue to contact the customer regarding their complaint to discuss a resolution within the terms of the agreement

Vivint Solar will be working to address said issues and ensure our customer has a functional array of panels on their home The over charges will be refunded on an annual trbasis, this date correlates with the date permission to operate the system was received Our automated system
takes any over charges and also under charges into account and will process a refund of any and all owed refund on the true up date

Vivint Solar has resolved the customers complaint and scheduled an appointment for a Final inspection

I am rejecting this response because we feel like the company is trying to threaten and intimidate us; we do not see that as a "solution" by any meansBasically we are being told that if we don't let them turn on the system they should have turned on MONTHS ago, they are prepared to draw out the removal process to jeopardize the sale of our homeMy husband has worked in the solar industry for years and has never heard of ANY company taking months to remove a system (and, yes, he has firsthand experience dealing with removals), so either Vivint is an anomaly or they are lyingAttached are screenshots of the email we received from them.

Vivint Solar has been able to obtain an estimate from a third party contractor for repairs to the customer's home Vivint Solar has approved the repairs to take place The customer and the contractor are in communication to schedule a time to make the repairs to the home.

Vivint Solar has attempted to contact the customer via telephone and via email on 2/24/with no responseVivint Solar will continue to contact the customer regarding their complaint to discuss a resolution within the terms of the agreement

Vivint Solar contacted the customer on 2/19/to discuss the complaintVivint Solar spoke with the customer and asked for copies of her utility bills to perform a benefit analysisThe customer was also notified Vivint Solar would look into the referral bonusVivint Solar will continue to contact
the customer regarding their complaint to discuss a resolution within the terms of the agreement

Vivint Solar is in the process of researching the complaintWe will contact the customer to discuss a satisfactory resolution

We have provided copies of the letters sent to the credit bureaus to the customerCustomer has been given a direct contact at VSLR in case any issues arise

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is acceptable. Although the W-and Wavier forms were emailed to Vivint Solar (3) three times, they refused to fill out the pertinent paperwork to proceed with the removal of the panelsI had to request in writing to my mortgage company to make an exception to release the monies in order to get my roof repaired, as Vivint Solar was refusing to fill out the paperworkWhich this process was requested from each contractor.

Vivint Solar has contacted this customer and we are currently working on the best possible solution to resolve her concerns

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer and confirmed with her that her mortgage company was able to release the funds with out needing to obtain a W-9/Waiver of lienA panel removal appointment was scheduled for Wednesday 12/20/We will continue to work with the customer until their concerns have
been resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: It's apparent that you do not understand your sales rep lied about the functions of the system to make a sale; this is advertisingAgain, I have witnesses who were told the same thing by your sales rep while trying to make sales to them and a witness who was at the signing of the contract between me and BenYou will not take advantage of me and treat me like dirt any more; my patience has run out trying to resolve this with your company on the lowest level possibleI am simply asking that you give me what I was promisedI also feel like I am being discriminated against for being a VeteranThis is your last chance to make this right and to uphold your end of the deal
