I am rejecting this response because: I would like to request a third assessment on the cause of my roof leak.Also, Section 5.E indicates that during the first years, the removal/re-installation cost will be at a mutually agreed costI do not agree with Vivint Solar's invoice of $I would like to request, pending on the outcome of the third assessment, an arbitration from Revdex.com

Vivint Solar is in constant communication with the customer regarding the complaintThe customer is requesting cancellation of the Power Purchase AgreementVivint Solar explained to the customer that they are not within their right to cancelThe customer is aware that they signed an agreement with a term of twenty (20) yearsAt this time the customer is requesting something that is not within the terms of the agreementVivint Solar and the customer are working to come to a resolution within the terms of the agreement

The customers system was turned off due to non paymentThe customer agreed to a payment plan and did not keep their agreementWe have several emails with the customer regarding the payment plan, and their promise to payThe customer was sent all of the invoices for their account on at least two
occasionsThe customer was notified that their system would be shut off due to non payment, and in an email acknowledged they received an email regarding thisThe customer then agreed again to a payment plan, and again failed to make the agreed upon paymentThe customers system was only turned off after the account had been past due for over a year, with a balance over $1,800, and several missed promise to pay paymentsVivint Solar most recently received a payment from the customer in November of and then not again until February of 2016, and have not received a payments sinceVivint Solar will not cover any portion of the customers Trbill, as the system was shut off due to non paymentWe are happy to turn the solar system back on once the customer has agreed to a new payment plan, and has made the agreed upon payments, on time, for a period of at least days

Vivint Solar has attempted to contact the customer via telephone and via email on 1/12/18 with no responseVivint Solar will continue to contact the customer regarding their complaint to discuss a resolution. Tell us why here

Vivint Solar apologizes for the misunderstanding that occurred between the customer and the sales representativeOur contract terms are explicit and exist to ensure customers are aware of all terms listed thereinIn the event there are miscommunications during the oral presentation between the sales representative and the customer, the contract is in place to ensure the customer is properly informed of the agreement they are entering into. It is the customers responsibility to read the contract in its entirety before signing the agreement. Section 3(e) of the signed Solar Purchase Agreement states: " WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE (i) THE AMOUNT OF ENERGY PRODUCED BY THE SYSTEM FOR ANY PERIOD, (ii) ANY COST SAVINGS, OR (iii) THE EXISTENCE OF OR PRICING ASSOCIATED WITH ANY NET METERING PROGRAM, OR UTILITY OR GOVERNMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAMUTILITY RATES AND UTILITY RATE STRUCTURES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGETHESE CHANGES CANNOT BE ACCURATELY PREDICTED "We have attempted to contact the customer to help them set up their online account center for monitoring purposes.The customer is also welcome to call into request assistance with the online account center at 877-404-Option As previously stated to the customer we are more than happy to look into the referral bonus inquiries given the customer can provide documented proof of the alleged promises

Vivint Solar has rescheduled the appointment with the customer for August 7th, Our technician will arrive on the property to repair the system and ensure the system is functioning properlyIf the appointment must be cancelled, we will call out out to the customer and notify them of the
cancelled appointment

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer and addressed his complaintThe customer received PTO (Permission to Operate) from the utility company as of 10//20/

is actually completed and we can use our solar, also vivint solar needs to tell potential clients that the total job including inspection will take to months Because both the installer and jessue the rep said pge had to inspect within days .We needed and should have been told these facts

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer regarding their complaint on 9/Vivint Solar explained to the customer that a benefit analysis would be completed by 10/Vivint Solar will be calling the customer on 10/to explain the analysis
