I provided a bill from my previous address and month at this address , Zac J*** does work there he is suspended for weeks I was told by him , it seems funny that happened when I made this complaint....I never asked to lower my kilowatt I ask for panels to be removed they are going about this for something I didn't ask for.I will provide the paper from Zac saying if I'm not happy they will remove the panel's and another thing I have reached out to vivint solar by phone times to Derak and no answer or call backI will keep trying until the panel's are removed as told Also I will take the loss from my overage and pay the bill from my pocket as I was told by vivint solar they will not pay the billJust remove the panel's

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer today on 12/and went over their concerns in regards to billingVivint Solar is working to obtain Utility statements from them to review and analyze their usage in the homeVivint Solar will continue to work with the customer until their concerns have been addressed

When Vivent Solar says they will continue to try to serve me, they mean as long as it is convenient for them This time they told me (didn't ask me, but TOLD me), that their technician would be out to inspect the system the next day They gave me less than hours notice They informed me that I could schedule the inspection - that they had previously told me they completed, within working hours As I have already lost a day's work, and they could not arrive in anything but an hour window, I am skeptical about their ability to serve me at my convenience as they promised when they came to sell me their product Supervisors have never returned my calls, and again, they told me that the inspection was complete on the day that they made me wait, but now they want to come and inspect the system again When I asked them why, they said that they were unable to complete the inspection because there wasn't enough daylight left for them to look at the system Who fault is that? Theirs If they cannot figure out scheduling, how are they going to figure out a solar system? They have proven to be incompetent at a very basic task.Still, no one has adequately justified to my satisfaction why they would cancel an appointment with the city inspector without informing me Now, I will need to have two more inspections They have continually misrepresented the truth and lied to me via omission, so I do not want them on my property when they are not home I do not trust them to do what they say they are going to do Also, I am afraid they will let my dogs out They are awful people, and it is an awful company Spread the word

Vivint Solar has reached out to the customer to come to a resolution regarding the accountThe customer has decided to move forward with a different avenue to come to a resolutionOur Vivint Solar Representatives will be working on the account to come to a resolution within the terms of the contract

Vivint Solar has scheduled an appointment for 06/25/with an arrival window of 8:a.mto 11:a.mto investigate to issues with the customer Kitchen Outlets.

The solar account has been cancelled per our customer's request We apologize about this incident, this is not how we do business here at Vivint Solar Our Sales Manager will be spoken with, and this incident has been recorded as an effort to prevent repeat offenses in the future.

I will accept after I receive compensation for all of my time that they wasted with THEIR errors

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer on January 22ndWe do not see cancellation as an option, however, Vivint Solar will continue to work with the customer until their concerns have been addressed

The system has been fixed and is now up and producing as designed We have called out and left our customer a voicemail to discuss the situation further.

Vivint Solar is working with the customer to attempt to find a resolutionVivint Solar has sent out a technician to confirm that the system is hooked up correctly

Vivint Solar has been, and will continue to assist the customer with regard to the transfer of their Power Purchase AgreementVivint Solar has been in communication with the buyer of the property, in order to assist the customer with the transfer of the contractHowever, it is the customers
responsibility to ensure all paperwork has been completed, signed and returned to Vivint Solar

Vivint Solar has
previously offered to compensate the customer for the system downtimeVivint Solar was provided utility bills from the customer prior to installation of the panels, which were used in conjunction with the customer's square footage, to determine the customer system sizeCustomer has been unable to provide documentation from the sales representative stating that she would be able to remove the panels at her request and the sales representative is no longer employed by Vivint SolarPer the terms of the signed contract, Vivint Solar is unable to remove the panels at the customer's request and is unable to lower the customer's price per kWhVivint Solar will continue to work with the customer to resolve their concerns

Vivint Solar has restored system functionality They system is now producing as designed, any billing discretion will be automatically adjusted with the coming invoice We are truly sorry about your experience but would like to continue to work with you to restore faith in our company

Vivint Solar has attempted to contact this customer to find a solution to their concernsWe will await their return callOur company would like to highlight the product and services that this customer is receivingThe customer has chosen to go with our Power Purchase Agreement option, wherein the solar equipment is provided to and installed on the customer's home at no costThe customer has simply agreed to purchase the solar system's produced energy at a rate less expensive than that of their local utility providerThat being said, we are not a solar equipment retailer, and any discussion of the solar equipment valuations should not have been held between the employee in question and the customerThe employee has been coached on thisFurthermore, our estimated time-frame of completion is typically between and six monthsThis customer's installation occurred on March 2, 2016, and he is already in the final stages of completion

Vivint Solar and the customer came to an agreement with regards to the animal guard cost on 2/27/Vivint Solar and the customer are currently working on an agreement to finish the animal guard install and get an exterminator out to the home to remove the squirrels

Vivint Solar has spoken with the CustomerWe are in the process of working on a resolution and have communicated our plans for moving forwardThe customer has direct contact information for a representative that will be assisting her throughout the process.
