A member of our Management Team is working with the customerWe are having a full assessment done by a third party roofing contractor, in order to determine what damages need to be repaired

Vivint Solar has contacted this customer and informed them that we will mail formal requests to have any credit inquiry made on their behalf removedWe have also fully cancelled their solar agreement and account

Vivint Solar has made an offer to the customer that is outside the terms and conditions of the agreement in the form of an amendmentTherefore, an additional document is required to be signed to uphold this service

rejecting this response because: we have provided Vivint with my cell number and my husbands cell number, as well as my email and my husbands email and there has been no contact made on any of the methods of communication. I want a call from Vivint by the end of business day with the detailed information of our case manager and the status of our compensation request

Vivint Solar reached out to the customer regarding their complaint on 12/8/16. Vivint Solar’s technician was able to go out to the home for a damage assessment. During the damage assessment, Vivint Solar was able to determine the leak was not caused by the solar panel installationIt
was determined that the leak was coming from the valley section running down the side of the homeOur Vivint Solar technician was able to fix the leakVivint Solar confirmed that the customer’s concerns had been resolved and provided the customer with direct contact information should they have any further concerns

Vivint Solar has attempted to contact the customer regarding their complaintWe left a voicemail, and sent an emailWe are awaiting return communication from our CustomerWe will continue to try and contact the customer.

Vivint Solar will print a copy of the customers invoice once it is available in the Customer's Online Account CenterA paper copy of the invoice will then be mailed to the customerAll invoices are due days after the invoice datePer the terms and conditions of the Power Purchase Agreement, the customer is responsible to pay for any energy that her solar system produces The customer is responsible for any balance currently due on the account

the customer until all issues have been addressed.

I am rejecting this response because:when I called the vivint solar to make appointment to install the animal guard, because they already charged my credit card, they told me to have someone remove the pigeons before I make appointmentSo after I have someone cleaned it ,I called to make appointment and my scheduled appointment is 7/24/So I asked them why that long I already have it cleaned and the pigeons might come backThe person I spoke with [everything is recorded so they can listen to it] said that they will try remove the pigeons if they see oneThe person who recently called me who received my complain from Revdex.com said why did I have it cleaned when my appointment is on 7/24/Im confused when the first time I try to make appointment to put the animal guard they want me to have it removed first before making the appointmentThe problem with this company is inconsistencies and not honest sales repalthough I did not read the contract, what he told me is a lie and that led me to sign a contractI am very dissapointed with this company I feel that they will do anthing just to sell their solarWith regards to overestimated fees and refund, they keep on changing their refund amountI told the last person I spoke with vivint that I documented everything when they oveerestimate my fee , I told her that they have everything recorded , why they dont just listen to the tape so they will know the original refund fee that they owe me they keep on changing the feeThey always use the word misunderstood everytime I complained as if I am a years old women that dont remember anythingThere is just too much inconsistencies and I am glad that I never recomend this company to all my friends I regret everything to the point that I no longer wish to keep my house permanently, eventually I will sell this house so I dont have to deal with them in the futureThis is really a nightmare Probably the only good thing that came out of this is , I was abled to persuade a lot of my friends aand even some of my patients not to get solar from this company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and will find that this resolution is satisfactory if Vivint does indeed resolve this issue and isn't just stringing me alongAs I have mentioned, I am not looking to discontinue service with the company, but I do want my system to be sized properly so my system can perform as it's intended which is to lower my utility bills, not increase them? I would also appreciate if they do as they mentioned in their response, improve their communication, at this point it's been mostly one sidedI look forward to this situation being resolved

I am rejecting this response because: This is the fourth appointment that has been scheduled and the problem has not been fixedThe billing has not stopped and
my refund has not been generatedThis is not a solution to the fact that they have been billing me for a year that the system never workedI was told the bills were an estimate of production, but that a refund could not be issued because there was no way to estimate my productionI find it unethical to be able to estimate for billing purposes, but not for refund purposes.?
