I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Although all of my complaints against this company have not been resolved, I will agree that the animal guards were installed however it is unknown if it was installed correctly? I wish that there was something you could do about the way the company is run and the deception that is allowed by most employees.I would like to thank the Revdex.com for the assistance in resolving this matter as I have no doubt that nothing would have been done without your help

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer, and explained our Production GuaranteeWe have explained that the annual production will be reviewed after one year of service, and if the system has failed to produce what was guaranteed, then the customer will receive a check for the differenceWe have
also issued the customer a $credit as goodwill for the frustration.?

Vivint Solar contacted the customer on 9/12/to discuss account concernsVivint Solar is within the terms and conditions of the agreement and will work with the customer toward a resolution that is mutually beneficial for both parties involved.?

Vivint Solar is sending the check to the customer today to the address provided to us

Vivint Solar was able to install partial Animal GuardsWe are scheduling a return appointment to finish install the remaining Animal GuardsWe will remain in communication with the Customer until all work has been completed.?

Vivint Solar has contacted this customer and assured them that we have mailed a written request to any credit bureau from which the inquiry was made to have said inquiries removed

We have been upfront with Mr*** throughout this process and have followed up with all his concerns As part of Mr***’s posted concern, he requested that we refund him a portion of the required fee for the time and effort that he has ? worked on attaining an appointmentAs a part of pursing customer excellence, we have offered him $as part of going above and beyond in customer serviceNow, Mr*** has replied that our offer was not sufficientAlthough it is not requisite that a refund be issued, Vivint solar will reach out to our billing department to inquire if an additional $can be refunded to Mr***Vivint Solar will continue to work with Mr***.?

We have refunded the customer for the billing mistake, and have sent additional compensation.? The Supervisor from the Solar Workout Team is in contact with the customer, and is continuing to work with the customer to finalize a satisfactory resolution, that is within the terms of the Power
Purchase Agreement.?

We still do not have a contact name as our account manager for continued support during our lease agreement

Section 1.A of the customer's Power Purchase Agreement states? ? "We will design and install a solar photovoltaic system on Your Property, which will include all solar panels, inverters, meters, and other components (collectively, the "System") as further described in the Customer Packet and
the Work Order and We will proved to You hereafter"? ? The Customer Welcome Packet designed and presented to the customer prior to installation shows panels, as well as the Installation Work Order which was signed by the customer 2/20/accepting the Installation shows panels.? There is no record on file of any designs of panels.? Vivint Solar is with in the terms of the Power Purchase Agreement signed by the customer on 12/14/and put into affect 2/20/with the acceptance of the installation through the Installation Work Order

Vivint Solar has addressed the customer's latest concernsWe have promptly involved our local office in her area so that the repairs to her roof can be completed as soon as possible.?

Vivint Solar has contacted the customer and come to a resolutionAll compensation requested will be sent out next Thursday

Vivint Solar has called and left our customer a voicemail, we are attempting to schedule a damage assessment? We would like to come out and inspect the leak first hand to see what sort of resolution can be agreed upon.?

Vivint Solar does work with the Utility provider to submit applications and receive approval with the provider to operate the systemThere is no communication made to the Utility company requesting that credits be applied to customer's accounts, this is an automatic processWhen the system produces power, it is utilized in the home and any energy that is not used is delivered to the grid (utility)A credit should appear in the customer's account for the power that was sent to the grid.? Vivint Solar is unable to communicate with the utility company, as they do not have permission to discuss billing and account details with anybody other than the homeownerThe customer should speak with their Utility provider to settle any credits that they may have with them

I am rejecting this response because:I am very happy to hear that they are still working on solving my problem but they have yet to contact me about reinstalling my panels and they are still charging me monthly even though I'm not using solar because they cut the wires and shut the power offI don't understand what's going on with that at all? Also I have sent pictures of my roof when it was being ripped to three different people now I don't know if you don't communicate with each other or what but this is been going on for months? pictures were sent to Jeff, Luis and Enoch starting in December and ending in February? I would seriously like to get this issue resolved, thank you in advance for your cooperation

before and never did.? Waiting to hear back from them according to them by June 2028.? Still waiting for answers and getting nowhere
