Vivint Solar sent a proposed solution to the customer todayWe are currently awaiting their response and will continue to work diligently toward resolving their concerns

Vivint Solar and the customer came to an agreement with regards to the animal guard cost on 2/27/Vivint Solar and the customer are currently working on an agreement to finish the animal guard install and get an exterminator out to the home to remove the squirrels

Vivint Solar is currently looking into the issue and will work with the customer to provide a satisfactory resolution

There are panels at the home, out of the panels are not operating correctly, the remaining panels however are working correctly? The solar system is currently producing power, the power being produced is less than the system was designed for because the problem panels? The billing system will automatically credit the billing account if any overcharges exist, the billing system will check the actual production versus the billed for production once the service call has been completed on 5/23/? A small goodwill compensation offer will be offered to the customer for the inconveniences she has faced regarding the system reliability, this goodwill offer will be offered once all system issues are resolved? Regarding the radiation, as previously stated, a certified professional is going to need to visit the site and provide a professional analysisAll equipment at the home has undergone strict testing with the proper solar industry authorities.?

At the time of the Sales Presentation, the Vivint Solar Sales Manager did indicate to the customer that there would be a credit inquiry pulled for the initiation of the solar panels.? Per the customer's request, a credit suppression request was sent to the Credit Bureau

Vivint Solar has attempted to contact the customer via phone and email on 12/Vivint Solar will continue to contact the customer to address their concerns.?

Vivint Solar attempted to reach out to the customer regarding the complaintWe called the customer on 11/and left the customer a voicemailWe also emailed the customer to address their offset and Design concernsVivint Solar has submitted a check to compensate the customer for his November

I am rejecting this response because:Vivint has told me numerous times that
they want to fix the issue but has still failed to deliver that serviceVivint does not seem to be in any rush to fix it considering the response I have been getting from themThey had their chance on numerous accounts to resolve the issue and I am done doing business with them and would like the non working panels off my roof

Vivint Solar has reached out to the customer regarding their complaint on 12/We emailed the customer to schedule a date and time to go over their system concernsVivint Solar has also mailed out the customer his check on 12/Vivint Solar will continue to reach out to the customer and work with them to come to a resolution within the terms of the contract.?

All billing matters will be addressed once the system is up and reporting properly? The billing system automatically corrects any invoice amounts that are incorrect as a result? Vivint Solar is working to schedule a visit to the home to address the system issues and ensure the system is left in working condition, we will continue to work with our customer to find satisfactory resolution that remains within the terms of the agreement? Our customer can expect a call to schedule said appointment shortly.?

I am rejecting this response because: reinstall is to be done on the 27th, but I am not 100% convinced that vivint will indeed install " my system" that was removed in May After all the run around with this company they are going to have to rebuild trust with meI hope on the 27th I will be a happy, satisfied customer

Vivint Solar has attempted to contact the customer by phone on 8/and 8/and once by email, but have been unable to reach the customer to address their complaintThe customer tried to contact our representative who is assigned to this case, but he was out of the office at the timeThere is
currently an appointment scheduled for 8/to resolve the system issue and it has been labelled as 'high priority' to ensure that it is taken care of with no mistakesWe will continue to reach out to the customer and work with them to make sure the system becomes completely operational and working at its full potential

This customer's main complaint is based on an apparent misunderstanding of the filing Vivint Solar records in county records to give public notice of Vivint Solar's ownership of the solar energy system.? That filing is not a lien or security interest in the customer's home.? Vivint Solar continues to work with the customer and her attorney in an attempt to clarify this misunderstanding.? Vivint Solar takes all customer complaints seriously and works to address them as expeditiously as possible.? The customer is party to a power purchase agreement with Vivint Solar which can be terminated only under specified conditions, such as an uncured default by the companyThis customer has not identified any basis to terminate the agreementVivint Solar has fulfilled its duties under the agreement.?

I am rejecting this response because: And what about my concern of future inappropriate bills and auto-debits? I asked for, at minimum, for my bank acct info you have on file to be removed from auto-billing and allow me to pay my bill online as they are generated?
