I am rejecting this response because: there will be no resolution within daysVivint solar will "review" my electric bills to "see" if I have benefited from having solar panels as promised by vivint solar I pay my bills and know that I have never received what was promised in my contract related to having lower nstar electric bills So looking into my bills does not help me have lower electric bills from my primary electric company .Also I was told on a recorded line when today when speaking with the representative that she cannot "guarantee" that I will receive the referral bonusWhen I told her that when I am placed on hold with vivint solar the automatic message clearly states that vivint solar offers a referral bonus of $250, she admitted to viewing enteries about me calling asking about the bonus and the woman I refereed works in my office and I can have her get on the phone and confirm that I referred her, the representative then stated she would "look into it"I will be satisfied when vivint solar produces actual results and adheres to their end of the agreement not continues to promise me things! I entered into a legal written agreement and I've held up my end, its time for vivint to be held to theirs.

Reached out to customer with proposed solution to billing issue and how to work on his system performance issuesAwaiting customer response to resolution plan.

Vivint Solar will reach out to the customer to go over the billing and answer any question related to the systemAdditionally, we will be able to explain the benefits to the customer at that time.

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer today on 12/and went over their concerns in regards to billingVivint Solar is working to obtain Utility statements from them to review and analyze their usage in the homeVivint Solar will continue to work with the customer until their concerns have been addressed.

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer on 06/We have resolved the customers billing issue and believe this matter to be resolved.

At the time of the Sales Presentation, the Vivint Solar Sales Manager did indicate to the customer that there would be a credit inquiry pulled for the initiation of the solar panels. Per the customer's request, a credit suppression request was sent to the Credit Bureau

Vivint Solar contacted the customer on 10/via phone to address their concernsVivint Solar provided the customer information regarding the contract, the customer's online billing account, the production of the customer's panels, and how the customer's Vivint Solar bills work in conjunction
with their utility billsCustomer has agreed to send Vivint Solar copies of their utility bills to review their remaining billing concerns

Vivint Solar as spoken with the customer on 3/15/and will move forward with a mutually agreed upon plan of action

Vivint Solar has been in communication with the customer and relayed our plan of actionThe customer's concerns were brought to a committee, and it was determined that, due to the unique circumstances, we will reduce the system size to meet the specific kWh consumption for this customerWe will
remain in constant communication with this customer until this process is finalized, and the customer's usage needs are met.

Vivint Solar has determined at this time that they are not at fault for the damage in the homeAn assessment was performed which determined that there were nails improperly installed and flashed in the shingles on the roof, causing the roof to leak throughWe do not use any nails as part of the
installationPer the customer's request, Vivint Solar has removed the panels, to have repairs made to their roofVivint Solar is in the process of scheduling a panel reinstallOur scheduling team is working with the Operations Manager in NY to coordinate and schedule a panel reinstall appointmentVivint Solar will continue to work with the customer until their panels have been reinstalled and concerns have been addressed

Vivint Solar has offered a reduction in price from $per watt to $per wattWe are happy to hear you have decided to move forward with the purchase

rejecting this response because:Attachment is the email that I received from Vivint on May 3rd, 2017.It took me over months for this caseI had to waste a lot of time to contact Vivint and to follow up their jobs.The amount $compensation is nothing, as I got a lot of stresses during these time, especially when I received the Notice of Default form Corry B*** to charge me ( forty thousand dollars) for taking the system off my proofThis notice is terrible for their customersThey put a lean on my property and now they could take forty thousand dollars for not working with them.Vivint was the top companies doing solar system at the time I decided to do with them.I think they how to take care the customers and I think Revdex.com can help me to publish this case for Vivint's customers and everyoneAgain this offer is nothing.

Vivint Solar contacted the customer by phone on 8/with the customer returning contact on 8/Vivint Solar is calculating the credit owed to the customer for inaccurate billing due to the system's communication error, and will remain in constant communication going forward to ensure that this is
resolved.

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer and is in the process of sending contract details to themAs stated, the customer does have a legally binding contract, so we are unable to cancel their agreementThe customer does have a buyout option available to them, which they can do so to purchase
the system outrightVivint Solar is unable to provide the customer with the recorded call since the conversation is used for internal purposes onlyWe will remain in communication with the customer until all concerns have been addressed.

Vivint Solar is currently researching this matter and will be contacting our customer to present a determined solution once all facts of the matter have been collected.

Vivint Solar is currently in communication with the customer regarding the complaint. Vivint Solar has approved an estimate for Akamai Roofing to complete roof repairs on the property where the roof leak is located. Vivint Solar is currently in communication with the contractor Akamai
Roofing to determine exactly what panels need to be uninstalled before the work can begin.
