Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:There
was never an agreement in the beginning for Vivint to cancelWhen I spoke with Vivint Solar on 3/5/2018, Vivint said that since we did not have a contract they were seizing all communication with meThis does nothing to address that they lied to my communityWhen I advised this to the representative, he told me that they spoke with Vivint Solar customers in my neighborhood and they were satisfied with the serviceI told Vivint Solar that they are happy because they have been lied to and have a sense of realityThat they need to address that Vivint lied Vivint responded by saying, again, we do not have a contract with you and will be seizing all communicationThey did nothing to satisfy or remediate this Revdex.com complaint but rather tell me since I was smart enough to do my own research and not fall for their lies, they won’t even discuss their wrong doings with meThis is wrong and this company is operating with zero integrity as their Revdex.com reviews reflect.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because I had to call the company on Wednesday, February 17, to get someone on the phone that could help me This
is when I spoke to the representative that I had emailed After sending him bills from last year and the prior year for comparison, he then called my husband's phone and left a message stating that the phone company was charging me so much and they were charging me so much He left a phone message stating that we were saving as well as a line paragraph email stating that we were saving Nothing about having someone coming here and looking at the electrical panel or the solar equipment that they have put in They are treating us like we don't know what our electric bill has been over the past years and that we don't know that we are paying more for power when I am telling them that we are paying so much more than ever and there is a problem! Here is a run down of my bills: June electric Vivint solar: 35.78...total electricity with solar in June: (and the panels weren't really working...July Electric Vivint charges: 79.52...Total power August Electric Vivint charges total power: September electric Vivint charges Total charges I can go on but you can see the pattern here We are being overcharged for power and are spending more money than ever They assured us that we would be saving 30% on our electric bill We are payinng 2/more for power than we ever have I am so frustrated that this company is not taking me seriously and seems to be brushing me off with a response that seems almost automated I am extremely dissatisfied with this response and want someone to come here and find out what is going on and why am I paying almost $a month in the Summer for solar? I am not saving money and I want these panels off and my roof fixed if they cannot handle this in a professional manner!

This is a formal request to reopen our complaint against Vivint SolarSo far the company has removed the solar panels which caused the leaks. However, repairs to the roof and interior has not begun. In fact, we had to contact the contractor to schedule the repairs. Vivint had not been in touch with them. Those repairs are now scheduled to begin on Tuesday,January 24.We would like you to stay with us until all repairs are completed to our satisfaction and the removed solar panels are re-installed

I am rejecting this response because: According to their rep Phil, Vivint refused the redo as soon as the 2nd week in May said we just had to except what we got even if it wasn't what was contracted! After stringing us along for months believing a redo was gonna happened it never did! We were promised by Jason LEast Coast Rep there would be an uninstall date! An unnstall process was started according to a Cecilia B damage claims manager on the phone and by e-mail Then all communications stoppedWhat I still don't get Vivint didn't deliver what was written in the contract even admitted to you all and the work was not done by the time frame May written in the contract! So why are we still having these conversationsThe company went against what was agreed upon in a wriiten contract! It's taken me almost a year to get anything, but empty promises with this company until I contacted the Revdex.comAs I told one Jason L*** on Sept13th, when he asked what we want after all that we have been through? I told him I have no faith in the integrity of this company, the integrity of their people, integrity of thier product, and or integrity of thier workmanship! I would like for the solar system to be removed from our house, a new roof and new siding installed! This is the only acceptable option! Vivint along with the lawyers and you at the Revdex.com know this is not only the right thing' but the only thing that should be done for us at this point and time! Thank You for your time in this matter! Have a good day and better tomorrow!
Sincerely,

RevDex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID
***, and find that this resolution is in part satisfactory that Vivint is attempting to build a resolution to the damages that have occurred on our
homeHowever, unsatisfactory that it is taking so long to begin repairs
Parts of my roof is TARPED
off where we are missing tiles and protective barrier paper (i.efor water)
that is missing from underneath the tilesCurrently in Bakersfield it is
raining and due to the rains on and off since February 17th , e now have a water spot in our home (photos attached )and even with tarp covering what areas we can, their is still moisture collecting under tarp
Furthermore,
I am aware that they are waiting on my response and/or estimate for stucco
repair work onlyWhat we would like to see is a quicker response to
having items begin repair (roof, fence) as I have already provided estimates for each damaged
item and not wait for all estimates in its entiretyWe are now days in without any
repairsWe are heavily concerned about the roofWithout proper protective
barrier and tiles that Vivint removed to install/remove and install again, will
only cause more damages to the roof unless fixed immediatelyI have sent two emails to Chantelle V*** (Case Owner) with detailed pictures of water spot and what the current state of the roof looks like with the heavy rainsI have requested we get a response regarding the roof issue by end of day as it is now an emergency!
