I am rejecting this response because: Vivint solar has contacted me over the past MONTHS and when they
do it is a person that has no clue what is going and doesn't know anything about my situation and then tells me they will get back to me and never doesThen when I call back they tell me they handed it off to another department and they will get back to me and again they never doIt has been way to long of this back and fourth of getting no answersI have no resolution to my problem and that is why im rejecting itJust because some one calls me or e-mails me and says " im looking into it" and then I never hear from them again is not good enoughI just want the work that was promised by contract completedThank you

I am rejecting this response because: And what about my concern of future inappropriate bills and auto-debits? I asked for, at minimum, for my bank acct info you have on file to be removed from auto-billing and allow me to pay my bill online as they are generated?

As of 8/20/the customer has been given permission to operate and now has an operable system

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer by phone on 9/26/and will move forward with an agreed upon plan of action

I am rejecting this response because: it's not true that I haven't answered, I did hear
from them but they want me to pay a big amount of money that I don't haveSo they told me to sale it to the owner of the house but the owner doesn't want it so I don't have the amount they want and I'm not willing to pay for something that it's a lie

Vivint Solar investigated the claims made by the Customer and can confirm that their information was not used to obtain credit information or to create an accountThe customer has no affiliation with Us, except for the meeting with the Sales ManagerThere is no contract on file between Vivint
Solar and the CustomerThe information provided to the Sales Manager was input into the Vivint Solar database, but was never utilized.

Dec and only once have they called me Jeanette from vivint solar left me her number and extension along with the hours and days she is available to speak with meI returned Jeanettes call on WedDec at am and again at 300pmBoth times I left my name and number for her to call me No phone call was returned After receiving this message from Revdex.com I decided to try and call Jeanette againAt pm I left yet another message for Jeanette to please call me backWhile I sit here writing this, I get an email from Vivint solar which entails my bill for DECEMBER!! Really Vivint, I dont even have solar panels on my house and NO Supervisor will call me and explain why I dont have my panels yet.

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer and clarified the invoice that they receivedThe request to resolve the billing concerns was submitted to the incorrect department, and subsequently, another invoice was sent to the customerThat has since been resolved, and because of the nature of the situation, a goodwill credit was given to the customerThe specialist assigned to the account will be monitoring the system for the time being to ensure system operations, and will reach out to the customer on or before Wednesday, December 20th with an update.

Vivint Solar emailed the customer the requested information on 04/03/We emailed the requested information again today, 04/06/18, to ensure receiptThe email sent today included both the email address listed on the account and the email address listed in this complaintWe are happy to answer any questions or address any additional concerns the customer may have.

Vivint Solar has been working with the customer to schedule a time that works best to get the system workingThe system is back online and reporting after the appointment scheduled for Saturday
