Vivint Solar attempted to contact the customer via phone on 05/16/2018, we left a voicemail in addition to sending a follow up emailVivint Solar will continue to reach out to the customer and help resolve their concerns.

I have decided NOT to participate in Binding Arbitration to resolve my complaint with ID 12818064,I understand that because I have decided to not pursue arbitration that Revdex.com may close my complaint as UNRESOLVED.

The Vivint Solar Specialist looked into
the customers concerns when reviewing their accountThe customers system backlogs data even if it doesn't report at any given time, and relays that data back to Vivint Solar once communication is restoredThere was no analysis performed therefore there is no documentation that can be produced as everything was resolved through cumulative billingThis information was provided to the customer on 10/and the billing concern has been addressed.

Vivint Solar has been able to make repairs to the customers homeThere are some remaining repairs that are being addressedVivint Solar and the customer are working with another 3rd party contractor to complete the remaining repairs

response because: the response is typical of what Vivint has been doing since September, -- telling me that they are working on it I will only be satisfied when the company can demonstrate to me that their recommended number of additional panels will meet my electrical needs; that they provide me an immediate installation date; and that they agree to pay my trbill due in May/June of this year I talked with their representative on Friday, Mar 9, She has newly taken over my account Although I am sure that she is well-intended, the company has had more than enough time to resolve this problem Until they provide concrete evidence that they are resolving the problem, I will continue to reject their platitudes I intend to meet with an attorney this week to discuss a plan for moving forward to break the contract, if, indeed, Vivint is unwilling / unable to rectify this problem immediately

I am rejecting this response because:We did not own the property when
the contract was written, we where rentersThe contract clearly states that they would enter an agreement with a property ownerNow Vivant after cashing in on some one else's tax break has put us in a position with a made up price that is well above market valueI want a purchase agreement that reflects market value which is still higher then what we were quoted and I want it in writing no more then per wattI also want the tax credit factored in that was taken with the home owner unawareI can show proff that we just now bought this house, if these expectations and promises can't be kept like the door to door salesman Tim promised us, then please remove the system and we will provide removal costIn independent appraisal would put the system at dollarsI have also submitted my complaint to the company certified mail And Vivant still has not presented an act acceptable solution that works for both parties

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
However, we have asked for addition assessment for leaking into ceilings requiring repairs and repaint. We have also asked for an estimate from Vivint's DC General contractors to do the entire roof so shingles MATCH. We (the ***s) will "consider" replacing the back roof if price is reasonable & fair Vivint has also stated they would have an inspector present during the repairs/replacement process!! That I a must for us

I am rejecting this response because: some of the things mentioned in the response are only partially trueI have initiated all phone and email communicationThey replied once and sometimes I have been lucky enough to get someone to take my phone call The only thing I get from
the company is passive aggressivenessThey agree that the company owes me a refund and they say that I will receive the money soon, but it never happensInstead, I continue to receive emails from them saying that my account is passed due and that if I don't settle it they will be forced to take further action

Local office has reached out the the customer and made an appointment for September 30th to come and complete a service on his home

Vivint Solar called leaving a voicemail and emailed the customer on 11/8/to discuss the billing situation and has adjusted the customer's billing account to reflect accurately in accordance to the customer's production.

This customer was concerned that their solar system was not performing in the way that was initially presented to herVivint Solar has made sure that the system is operating properlyThe solar production has been consistent with what was initially estimated and presented to the customerShe sent in her last three bills from her utility company, which we broke down and determined that she has been saving moneyWe sent her very detailed correspondence of this breakdown so that she can see the figures and better understand how her solar savings work annually.

We have reached out to the customer and have yet to resolve their concern We are attempting to reach out again to further explain what we can do for them under the terms of the agreement

I am rejecting this response because:This is a lie I have email confirmation from Vivint fleet performance, that Vivint solar had the system in standby mode I initially contacted them regarding what appeared to be an incorrect bill in November They finally caught on in January The exact date was January 13thI was told I would be compensated for the months of billing for having no service I was also told the other $*** was for a loss of savings for the time in question It is now March 11th, and I have still not been compensatedIt is true that the system is currently not operational I refuse to turn it on until the matter is resolvedI am still receiving bills for a non operational system

priority' to avoid mishapsAt this time, we have to wait until the appointment takes place before we can proceed toward a resultOnce the system begins to communicate we will be able to evaluate production and address any other potential issuesWe will stay in constant contact with the customer to come to a resolution within the terms and conditions of the agreement
