I am rejecting this response because: How can they say "in the event that the customer overpaid"? Over the months of January, through May, 2017, I paid their company $in "estimated" bills. The system shut down on January 15, The company would have still been taking my money out of my checking account for "estimated" bills had I not stopped payment at the bank. I am also out $in Delivery and Service fees from my Electric Company. These fees were the reason that I signed up for solar power, so I could save that amount. This company has cost me almost $in fees and then the $paid directly to them. Then there is the fact that my system has not collected power so that I would have some excess, which helps with the winter electric bills. I am completely disgusted with this company. On top of all of that, two days after they "fixed" my system I received an e-mail from their technical support saying that my solar energy system wasn't "reporting properly". I called them and was told that it was a mistake. Then on Tuesday, August 29th I received an e-mail stating that if I didn't pay my seriously overdue bill, they would shut off my solar power !!!!! Are they just that much out of touch with each other?!?

Vivint Solar attempted to contact the customer to discuss their complaint via telephone on 11/2/2017, we were able to leave a voicemailAdditionally, we emailed the customer on 11/2/2017. Vivint Solar will continue to reach out to the customer regarding the complaint
The system was originally designed to cover 97% of the customer’s annually consumptionDuring the inspections a redesign had to be made in order to meet the electrical constraints of the homeThe system would have been sending more energy into the electrical panel then what it was capable of handlingThe system was then redesigned to cover 71% of the customer’s usage and signed off on at the point of install
Vivint Solar called the customer on 9/to address their concernsVivint Solar will be refunding any billing errors with invoices the customer has received to this pointVivint Solar will be providing additional compensation to the customer as goodwill.
I will accept after I receive compensation for all of my time that they wasted with THEIR errors

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer as of 5/and presented a resolution that was mutually agreed uponVivint Solar will continue forward with constant communication with the customer throughout the proposed resolution

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI was told that all of the top windows in front of the house will be replaced with Pella Windows to match the window that was damaged during installation. As long as this is the final resolution, I am satisfied

Customer was assigned to an agent and the agent got the UCC termination sent out to the customer's lender on October 21st
