I am rejecting this response because:Once the business cleared my account balance, another charge hit my account I have notified the business to please have this cleared They said they are working on it. Further, I am waiting on the company to respond to my request to cancel this contract, given the month process they put me through with billing issues, and the process of getting the panels off and then back on my work I continue to not trust this company

J*** has reached out to me and completely rectified the situationVivint per Jeanette, has said that they will 100% reimburse me on my unused energy difference until MA legislature can agree on the cap reimbursement allowed by utility providers for the consumer/solar panel ownersUntil this legislature goes into effect, I am to send Jeanette my utility bill from National Grid each month so she can calculate the difference and send me a check for that difference on my unused energy that got sent back to National Grid

Vivint responded to me and has satisfactorily met its responsibility as far as the complaint resolutionSpecial resolution representative Derek was very helpful and always fulfilled the timeline promises and while the dollar amount I requested for my time, effort and inconvenience was not met they still gave me 1/of it.

*** *** I am awaiting an overnight letter that addresses all three credit
agencies stating I did not authorize a credit checkI filed a police report due to the deceptive practices / statements of the field representativeI gave the police a copy from Equifax that my credit report was pulled without my authorizationI did not supply a social security number in order to pull a reportTheir vendor knocked on my door under the guise of working in concert with my electric company for a roof surveyWhen I told him my husband would not be home until 1/30/he left and said he would call meHe then rang the bell and stated " what is your date of birth " he was on the phone and said his office needed my DOB to " confirm " I owned the house in order to do a roof surveyI want the letter sent to me via fed ex stating I never authorized any credit checkI have given Tanner from the company the phone number to the Linwood police station to verify a police report was madeI was a victim of identity theft and that the police can confirm their employee pulled an unauthorized credit report.

Vivint Solar is in the process of obtaining bids for roof repairsWe have agreed to repair the roof sections where the additional panels were installedWe will continue to work with the customer until this matter has been resolved

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer regarding the incentives he claims were promised by the sales representative. When asked to provide the document pertaining to the agreement between the customer and the sales rep, the customer could not provide such information. Vivint Solar
will continue to work with the customer if they can provide a copy of documentation we have requestedAdditionally, the customer can access their production reports via the online account center on VivintSolar.com

I am rejecting this response because: even though we have heard encouraging news from Vivent,this has happened before. We did contact our utility company and they saidthey received the necessary papers from Vivent, "AND PROVIDING THEY ARE CORRECT AND COMPLETE", at that time they will e-mail us and install the last step which isanother meter. We are keeping our fingers crossed that Vivent did everything correctly . We do not want to drop this case or want a mediator at this time

As requested by the complainant, Vivint Solar prepared and mailed an expedited letter on 1/22/The letter contained copies of formal credit inquiry removal requests, which were also mailed to the credit bureaus on 1/22/

Vivint Solar has confirmed that the remainder of the compensation being sent to the customer is still on it's way and should be received by him shortlyThe remaining issue lies within the customer's unwillingness to turn on his solar systemTo avoid any unsatisfactory outcomes in accordance with the agreement that he signed, he will need to turn it on.

Although the W-and Wavier forms were emailed to Vivint Solar (3) three times, they refused to fill out the pertinent paperwork to proceed with the removal of the panelsI had to request in writing to my mortgage company to make an exception to release the monies in order to get my roof repaired, as Vivint Solar was refusing to fill out the paperworkWhich this process was requested from each contractor.

Vivint Solar received interconnection approval on 10/12/by letter which stated that a bidrectional meter had been installed National Grid admitted to the customer through email, which Vivint Solar was CCed on by the customer on 6/13/2017, that the customer never had a bidirectional meter installed and they were looking into that stating "I am sorry *** They still have not changed your meter I will check into this right now and find out why this has not been done" Later that day still on 6/13/National Grid came to the customer's home and changed the meter Vivint Solar had a technician to come to the home on 6/16/and showed the meter was now running backwardsVivint Solar is not responsible for issues with National Grid not receiving accurate data which occurred due to the fact there was not a bidrectional meter installedThe current issue that is being addressed in a timely manner as the customer has a return appointment on 6/19/

I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken to Derek fron vivint solar who advised me that he could not help or address my concerns as I would have to speak with someone else from Vivint security due it being two different companies which was never disclosedThis company is very dishonest and no one from Vivint security has reached our to me since November Vivint solar is given me the run around and not adressing my complaint and I'm not pleased by farI expressed to Derek that I have been taken advantage of and I need to address this concern but however no responsePlease assist me into getting this issue resolved asap

Vivint Solar is currently working to contact the customerWe have submitted their request to those in authority to review and provide a solution, within the terms of the signed agreement on file, taking into consideration the customer's concerns.
