We are not moving on in the process because of VIVINTThe lender will not fund the loan because of vivints greediness charging dollars for a less than stellar systemThanks to VIVINT this deal is bombing Shows what type of company they really are.
Vivint Solar has been working with the customer toward a resolutionWe have offered a resolution within the terms and conditions of the agreement that would resolve any further delays with regard to obtaining permission to operate
Our billing department reached out to the customer and spoke with them concerning their issuesHe walked them through the inquiry and how to set up billing statementsBilling will await a call back to confirm information to finalize billing information so that the issue can be resolved
Additionally have reached out to the customer to confirm that this has been resolved and awaiting their response.
Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer regarding the incentives he claims were promised by the sales representative. When asked to provide the document pertaining to the agreement between the customer and the sales rep, the customer could not provide such information. Vivint Solar
will continue to work with the customer if they can provide a copy of documentation we have requestedAdditionally, the customer can access their production reports via the online account center on VivintSolar.com
Vivint Solar is in communication with the customer and are working to reinstall the panels for the customerWe are currently waiting for additional parts to arrive in the local warehouse to be able to install the panels for the customerA billing credit was applied to the customer's account to
reflect the bill that the customer received for OctoberVivint Solar will ensure that billing is paused until the panels have been reinstalled
Vivint Solar attempted to reach out to the customer on 02/27/and then again on 03/02/to discuss compensation with the customerA voicemail was left on 03/02/18, which provided direct contact information for the Specialist that is assigned to the caseVivint Solar will continue to try and
contact the customer to resolve their concerns.
Vivint Solar has contacted the customer on 6/16/Vivint Solar provided to the customer the following information. On 2/17/Vivint Solar installed a WiFi stick as the system was in communication failure due to the fact the strength of the customer's internet was insufficient to maintain
communication with our monitoring deviceThe Power Purchase Agreement the customer assumed responsibility of through Transfer Agreement signed and in effect 3/25/2016, states "You must proved the System with continuous access to a working broadband internet connectionIf you fail to maintain broadband internet or electrical connection for a period of time, We may charge You the Shutdown Payment" which is the estimated billing the customer received during this time due to their internet connection causing the communication failureAdditionally their Power Purchase Agreement states "You will promptly notify Us if You notice that something is interfering with the operation of the System" and there is no verbiage in the contract stating Vivint Solar is under any obligation to alert the customer if the System is not communicating, but that it is the customer's responsibility to maintain internet, monitor, and alert us should there be a an interferenceHowever, despite that Vivint Solar reached out to the customer in February of via email stating we had noticed the communication error and scheduled the appointment to install the WiFi stick when the issue was diagnosedThe Power Purchase Agreement also states "WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE AMOUNT OF ENERGY PRODUCED BY THE SYSTEM FOR ANY PERIOD" While the system has produced 4,kWh since the customer took responsibility of the system, Vivint Solar has credited the customer's account for all billing incurredThe customer has been instructed on how to receive the credit directly to them as an ACH transferVivint Solar will not be cancelling the contract as we have remained with in the terms of the agreement
Vivint Solar has reached out to the customer and is working to provide a resolution for themWe will continue to work with the customer until all system issues have been addressed and resolved

Vivint Solar sent a technician out on 7/to troubleshoot and ensure the system is operating normallyVivint Solar technicians were able to determine that the circuit breaker was not in the ON positionWe will continue to reach the customer in the event that a system issue pertainsOur
Cumulative Billing process will take effect on the customer's account, and will adjust the billing so that the customer only paid for what they producedVivint Solar has a meter on the system which will be able to measure the amount of kWh(Kilowatt) producedA meter is also used by the Utility company and they are able to determine the amount of power in kWh that is being used and sent back to the grid.Vivint Solar has also made attempts to contact the customer after the complaint was submitted by the customerWe have been unable to reach the customer and advise the customer to call in to discuss their concerns
We had called on 6/7, leaving a voice message to address the customer's concern We will be reaching out again before the end of business today (6/16) The number we currently calling is the number found on our account records, which matches the number provided in the Revdex.com complaint
