Vivint Solar will be working to address said issues and ensure our customer has a functional array of panels on their home? The over charges will be refunded on an annual trbasis, this date correlates with the date permission to operate the system was received? Our automated system takes any over charges and also under charges into account and will process a refund of any and all owed refund on the true up date

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: even though we have heard some progress has been made, we have heard that many times before by numerous e-mails that we received fromtheir representatives We've contacted our utility company and they have provided us with a list of many questions regarding safety issues that have not been completed by Vivent.We have forwarded these questions to Vivent At this time, we are not ready to close this claim, but feel arbitration is not necessary right now Time will tell! Vivint Solar communicated with the customer to attempt to help them understand their bills, however they did not want to talk and hung up during the callThe assigned specialist immediately reached back out, and the customer hung up againVivint Solar has confirmed that the system is not over producing based on the utility statements that the customer provided prior to their installWe have confirmed that each panel on the customer's roof produces around kWh per day, not kwhThe solar panels will produce power for the customer's home, and any power that is not consumed, is sent back to the utility gridIf the customer consumes all power produced by the panels and needs additional power, it will come from their Utility providerVivint Solar has advised the customer to contact the Executive Resolutions department if they have any questions with their bill

Vivint Solar contacted the customer, and have provided direct contact information for the Specialist that will be handling their accountVivint Solar has a scheduled follow up with the customer on 02/09/

Vivint Solar has attempted to contact the customer by phone on 8/and 8/and once by email, but have been unable to reach the customer to address their complaintThe customer tried to contact our representative who is assigned to this case, but he was out of the office at the timeThere is currently an appointment scheduled for 8/to resolve the system issue and it has been labelled as 'high priority' to ensure that it is taken care of with no mistakesWe will continue to reach out to the customer and work with them to make sure the system becomes completely operational and working at its full potential

Vivint Solar has attempted communication with the customer as of the 15th and we were only able to leave a voicemailWe have not heard back from the customer, but we will be attempting contact again by the 20thIn light of the decision that we will not be moving forward with installation, we are currently attempting to gather more information as to what improvements the customer has made to their home, in order to provide them with a potential reimbursementOnce we are able to gather that information, we look into what options we have, and what offers we will be able to extendWe will remain in weekly communication until a resolution, that is within the terms and conditions of the agreement, is met.

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer, and explained our Production GuaranteeWe have explained that the annual production will be reviewed after one year of service, and if the system has failed to produce what was guaranteed, then the customer will receive a check for the differenceWe have also issued the customer a $credit as goodwill for the frustration.?

Vivint Solar is working with a local, licensed contractor to provide another opinion on the cause of the roof leakThe customer will also be sending in their utility bills for review from which point we can work with our customer to determine an agreeable resolution for both parties that is also within the terms of the agreement

Vivint Solar is currently in communication with the customer regarding the complaintWe are currently pending copies of the utility bills to perform a system analysis and explain to the customer the benefits of having solar? Vivint Solar will continue to reach out to the customer regarding the complaint

Vivint Solar has determined that we are not at fault for the damages the customer is claiming we causedAdditionally, Vivint Solar has not installed any Solar equipment on the propertyVivint Solar has offered to release the customer from any financial responsibility for the electrical upgrade, and has agreed to cancel the Customer Agreement in it's entirety

We have reached out to the customer to resolve his pending issuesWe have the local office working to find a solution to his issues and with the town to file the necessary paperwork to have him up and running as soon as possibleWe will continue to work with customer to resolve outstanding issues.?

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer 3/via email their preferred method of contact and 3/via phoneWe have scheduled a service appointment with the customer for 3/to address the communication errorVivint Solar will work closely with the customer to ensure the communication is restored with their system and all billing is accurate

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because, the company misrepresented their company and did not abide by the contract to design a energy efficient plan for my home and has not abided by the contract in providing an adequate service. Sincerely, [redacted]

Vivint Solar has been and will continue to remain in contact with the customer to resolve the roof leak that is presentVivint Solar is working within the terms of the contract to schedule the customer's panel removal for the soonest available appointmentAs soon as the panel removal is scheduled we will be able to notify the third party contractor to make repairs to the customer's homeOnce repairs have been made Vivint Solar will work with the customer to reinstall the solar panels

Vivint Solar is currently working to contact the customerWe have submitted their request to those in authority to review and provide a solution, within the terms of the signed agreement on file, taking into consideration the customer's concerns
