Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is a lie I have email confirmation from Vivint fleet performance, that Vivint solar had the system in standby mode I initially contacted them regarding what appeared to be an incorrect bill in November They finally caught on in January The exact date was January 13thI was told I would be compensated for the months of billing for having no service I was also told the other $ [redacted] was for a loss of savings for the time in question It is now March 11th, and I have still not been compensatedIt is true that the system is currently not operational I refuse to turn it on until the matter is resolvedI am still receiving bills for a non operational system Sincerely, [redacted]
Vivint Solar spoke with the customer on 12/04/We informed the customer we are working on a resolutionThe customer was emailed direct contact information for the Specialist assigned to his account

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:? I attempted to return the call of the representative, Miranda K***, on 3/13/18, during the hours provided to me in the voicemail.? I attempted to call twice, and there was NO option for me to leave a voicemail for MsK***.? I then contacted the main customer service line, requested MsK***'s email after the customer service representative could not reach MsK***, and have emailed MsK [redacted] twice, once on 3/13/and once on 3/14/18, also during the business hours she gave me in her voicemail.? I have received NO response.? This matter is in no way resolved, and NONE of my complaints have even begun to be addressed.? I prefer this company to contact me via email so that all communication is in writing [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: VIVINT SOLAR IS AT FAULT. This company they sent to my house put in a circuit box that has CONSTANT DRAFTS and is DANGEROUS with RAIN and SNOW could EXPLODE at any time. I found this yesterday when I went to go investigate the exact draft. They NEVER put any sealant or foam to make it seal proofIT IS ALL IN THE OPEN and the inside of the box was NEVER INSPECTED.....NEVER still is not. Also other violations I have I was trying to fix but because the box was NEVER INSPECTED from the inside this is PROOF as well they are trying to BAIL OUT of their responsibilities. The panels were supposed to be installed by august and NEVER WERE and I was NEVER ABLE to get the remodeling done. Now that box is there and its NOT RIGHT! They put that COPPER LINE and CAUSED ELECTROLYSIS. The person they sent to take pictures is NOT at all a CERTIFIED INSPECTOR of any kind. VIVINT SOLAR IS 200% at fault. 100% for leading me on BEFORE the damages were done which totally Barred me from working on my house. The other 100% is for the DAMAGES. The house is RUINED because of that wire they installed. Plus leaving us in CONSTANT DANGER I AM NOT GOING TO STOP WITH THIS. I WILL GO BACK AND FOURTH EACH AND EVERY DAY WITH THIS. I am waiting on CID to come here and they have already Served Vivint and sent me copies of the VIOLATION Papers and that is also NOT even counting the Various amounts of Violations once they do get here to red tag my house. EVERYBODY KNOWS! They are leaving us in CONSTANT DANGER and LIED about wanting to fix the plumbing they LEAD ME ON ABOUT THAT TOO DURING THE HOLIDAYS LAST YEARMy mother's bedroom has a SEVERE draft and the roof squeaks badly due to the work that ALPHA & OMEGA DID. Yeah let them keep denying it. I will contact them on Monday to see when they plan to come here and will send them the pictures of the open and unsealed meter. They couldn't wait to install that box which I didn't even Need I had a much better THICKER box with NO Drafts because I had the old meter which was LARGER so that Circle needs both foam and a plate of some sort or ring which out of COMPLETE DESPEATION for Business from VIVINT they did it their way and left it DANGEROUS ON TOP of the Copper Ground Rod which is NOT supposed to be on my house. My house is an OLDER house and I can PROVE that IN COURT if I had to go this minute I can prove all of that and I PLAN TO. VIVINT and Alpha & Omega BOTH are RESPONSIBLE. 100% each Sincerely, [redacted]
Vivint Solar has requested that the customer provide us with the last months of their utility bills so that we can determine a reasonable compensation for themWe have also requested of all parties involved with finalizing the process of making the solar system operational that they expedite the remaining requirements

Vivint Solar has attempted communication with the customer as of the 15th and we were only able to leave a voicemailWe have not heard back from the customer, but we will be attempting contact again by the 20thIn light of the decision that we will not be moving forward with installation, we are currently attempting to gather more information as to what improvements the customer has made to their home, in order to provide them with a potential reimbursementOnce we are able to gather that information, we look into what options we have, and what offers we will be able to extendWe will remain in weekly communication until a resolution, that is within the terms and conditions of the agreement, is met
Vivint Solar reached out to the customer to discuss their complaint via telephone on 9/1/17, we were able to leave a voicemail Additionally, we emailed the customer on 9/1/Vivint Solar will continue to reach out to the customer regarding the complaint

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:after speaking with vivint management about a possible reinstall, the company just took it upon themselves to just show up at my house this Monday assuming they were going to reinstall my panelsMy year old son was the only one home when these gentleman started to take their ladders down off the truckMy son quickly called me and informed me what was happeningI spoke to the installer on my sons cell phone and told them that they did not have permission to reinstall the panelsSo vivint leftBut when I got home that night , there was not one but two calls from vivint telling me they were showing up Wednesday for the install I quickly called them and spoke to Kyle and once again told them that they do not have permission to installThe last I spoke to Jeanette she told me that someone would call me from install and would accommodate what worked best for me At this point I would want nothing more to do with this companyThey are not trust worthy , they do not return calls, charge you for services that you don't even receive and feel that I have been haraaed in many of ways by themThe best way to rectify this situation at this point is to null and void the contract This is not a company I would recommend to anybody I have had enough of their lies and excusesI can not see doing business with them in the future [redacted]

We have spoken to the consumer and the VSLR customer regarding the account in question We are working with VSLR customer at this time to resolve the complaint brought forward by the consumer This has yet to be resolved at this time and we will continue to work to find a amicable resolution that remains within the terms of the signed agreement
Vivint Solar will be working with our customer to provide the best service we can provide We will be in contact with our customer as we work towards resolution and customer satisfaction
Vivint Solar since being made aware of the issue performed maintenance on the system, the system issue has been corrected and the panels are now producing power? We are still in progress of working with our customer to provide a resolution that both satisfies their needs and is within the agreed contractual terms

Vivint Solar has assigned a specialist to work directly with the customer, and they have made contact with themWe are in the process of scheduling an appointment and things are being expedited as much as possibleAs soon as an appointment is set, the assigned specialist will reach out to the customer to confirm everything, and ensure it goes through smoothlyWe will remain in constant contact with the customer, providing weekly follow ups, and come to a resolution that is within the terms and and conditions of the agreement
