Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am very happy to hear that they are still working on solving my problem but they have yet to contact me about reinstalling my panels and they are still charging me monthly even though I'm not using solar because they cut the wires and shut the power offI don't understand what's going on with that at all? Also I have sent pictures of my roof when it was being ripped to three different people now I don't know if you don't communicate with each other or what but this is been going on for months? pictures were sent to Jeff, Luis and Enoch starting in December and ending in February? I would seriously like to get this issue resolved, thank you in advance for your cooperation Sincerely [redacted]
Vivint Solar has assigned a specialist to work with the customer and resolve the current system issueWe called, left a voicemail and emailed yesterday and have done the same today, with no responseWe will continue to reach out to the customer, with weekly follow ups, until the system issue is resolvedWe will attempt contact again, on or before, 11/28.?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the response provided to you is too briefPlease know that I agree to the the next STEP towards a resolution, but my complaint has NOT BEEN RESOLVED.? I spoke with Jessica from the Executive Resolutions department twice today.? Her first resolution offer was to compensate me for the savings we lost from the time without out panels.? I explained that a few hundred dollars is not my concern.? My concern is that Vivint Solar is not capable for caring for the well-being of my home or familyI explained again that since they have not honored their part of our contract that it should be terminated, and that I wanted my dealing with Vivint to be permanently behind me.? ? ? ? Jessica then scheduled a meeting with a committee to review my account and my complaint.? That meeting is to take place on Wednesday, 2/21/18.? She has promised to call me back with information by Thursday, 2/22.? I agreed to this action, BUT I cannot know if this plan will result in a solution.? Vivint Solar had difficulties in contacting the new owner of the home as it was purchased to be a rental property and the owner does not live in the area. After working with the new home owner's property manager Vivint Solar was recently able to fully complete the transfer. The original... homeowner will be refunded the two and a half months for which she was billed.

Our Fleet Performance department has attempted to reach out to the customer to schedule an appointment A follow up email was sent after a voicemail was left on the primary contact phone number on the account The Fleet Performance will attempt to contact the customer again tomorrow We welcome the customer to reply to the email sent, with a time that would be best to contact them, so that we can ensure that contact is made
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have just emailed the rep from vivint solar to explain that the sales person falsely represented their productI was told based on the pseg bills I provided before I signed up that I would see a savings of $40-a monthI was also told my system would sometimes produce more and pseg would give me a creditAfter reviewing the set up of the system Vivint can barely cover the electricity I use so I will never have extra with the way it looksThe savings their rep is referring to was quoted to me as $for one month$for the next and $for the last monthThis is hardly a savings and not what I was informed to look forward to Sincerely, [redacted]
Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer and is in the process of sending contract details to themAs stated, the customer does have a legally binding contract, so we are unable to cancel their agreementThe customer does have a buyout option available to them, which they can do so to purchase the system outrightVivint Solar is unable to provide the customer with the recorded call since the conversation is used for internal purposes onlyWe will remain in communication with the customer until all concerns have been addressed
