Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and will find that this resolution is satisfactory if Vivint does indeed resolve this issue and isn't just stringing me alongAs I have mentioned, I am not looking to discontinue service with the company, but I do want my system to be sized properly so my system can perform as it's intended which is to lower my utility bills, not increase them I would also appreciate if they do as they mentioned in their response, improve their communication, at this point it's been mostly one sidedI look forward to this situation being resolved Sincerely, [redacted]

Vivint Solar contacted the customer on 10/via phone to address their concernsVivint Solar provided the customer information regarding the contract, the customer's online billing account, the production of the customer's panels, and how the customer's Vivint Solar bills work in conjunction with their utility billsCustomer has agreed to send Vivint Solar copies of their utility bills to review their remaining billing concerns
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:There has been no communication that an appointment was made... for 3 January, only that it was the first available. I had requested a supervisor to contact me also, which did not happen. The only way I can get a response from VIVINT is to file a complaint with BBB. Otherwise there is zero communication. The solar account has been cancelled per our customer's request We apologize about this incident, this is not how we do business here at Vivint Solar Our Sales Manager will be spoken with, and this incident has been recorded as an effort to prevent repeat offenses in the future

Vivint Solar has addressed this concern with the customerThe customer was made aware that Vivint Solar can only send the necessary documentation required by the credit bureauVivint Solar can not personally remove the inquiryThe credit bureau is the one who will decide if the inquiry will be removed from the customer's credit reportThe customer will need to follow up with the credit bureau for further resolution
Although Vivint Solar anticipates savings with every customer that has solar panels, there is no guarantee in the Power Purchase Agreement that the customer will save a specific amount, let alone any amountThere is no cost for the panels themselves, as Vivint Solar provides them for the customerVivint Solar does see that the system is benefitting the customer, and we would like to perform an analysis on the customer's bills to show them those benefitsVivint Solar wishes to obtain a year's worth of the customer's utility statements to be able to perform this analysis
