Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The salesman from Vivint, showed the customer a laminated sheet that had Vivint Solar and the local utility providers information on it which he used to sell the customer the solar systemThe information on this sheet said that vivint had worked with local utility provider and the customer regardless of which plan or on-peak and off-peak hours, that they (vivint) would notify the utility company of the installation and that as part of this process vivint solar would notify the utility company that they needed to credit the customers account for the off-peak hours when the customer and his family are inside the residence. This has not occurred and in the eyes of the customer is a very deceptive sales tactic, as well as the fact that the salesperson and the salesperson's manager have not commented or returned calls from the customerThe customer has since found out the salesperson has left the company. Customer is requesting that vivint solar follow through with the utility company to ensure that the customers solar production credits are being credited to customers account for both on-peak and off-peak hours, as was promised by the Vivint solar salesperson.
Sincerely,

Vivint Solar acknowledges that the conduit for the solar system was not installed in the location it told the customers the conduit would be installed, but offered to relocate the conduit several months ago Unfortunately, the customer will not allow Vivint Solar to perform any additional
work. With respect to the leak, Vivint Solar has not been able to determine whether the damage to the customers’ roof was caused by the installation of the solar panelsVivint Solar has requested additional information concerning the damage from the contractor who inspected the customers' roof, but has yet to receive a response In the meantime, Vivint Solar has contacted the customers' attorney and is working to address the customers' concerns. Vivint Solar remains willing to relocate the conduit so that it meets the specifications provided to the customer and will continue to work with the customers and their attorney to address any damage to the roof that the installation may have caused

I am rejecting this response because:after speaking with vivint management about a possible reinstall, the company just took it upon themselves to just show up at my house this Monday assuming they were going to reinstall my panelsMy year old son was the only one home when these gentleman started to take their ladders down off the truckMy son quickly called me and informed me what was happeningI spoke to the installer on my sons cell phone and told them that they did not have permission to reinstall the panelsSo vivint leftBut when I got home that night , there was not one but two calls from vivint telling me they were showing up Wednesday for the install I quickly called them and spoke to Kyle and once again told them that they do not have permission to installThe last I spoke to Jeanette she told me that someone would call me from install and would accommodate what worked best for me At this point I would want nothing more to do with this companyThey are not trust worthy , they do not return calls, charge you for services that you don't even receive and feel that I have been haraaed in many of ways by themThe best way to rectify this situation at this point is to null and void the contract This is not a company I would recommend to anybody I have had enough of their lies and excusesI can not see doing business with them in the future
