Vivint Solar attempted to contact the customer via phone and email on 5/Vivint Solar apologizes for the billing error and will work with the customer to help address and resolve all billing related concerns

My current status with Vivint Solar is that of dissatisfactionI feel that through the conversations that I had with their personnel representative, my concerns with Vivint Solar were not resolvedVivant Solar's representative that contacted me was very polite and well informed on their productVivant Solar's representative did little to resolve my issues with how their field personnel was dishonest and manipulative with his sales practicesThe Representative just continuously tried to convince me that even though their sales person was dishonest with me, I was still going to benefit by having their productI was also very offended by Vivint Solar when I learned that they had sent me a $Visa gift card in an attempt to, what they called "help resolve the problems I was having"I felt that Vivint Solar was attempting to bribe me into terminating my complaint with the Revdex.com

Section 1.A of the customer's Power Purchase Agreement states "We will design and install a solar photovoltaic system on Your Property, which will include all solar panels, inverters, meters, and other components (collectively, the "System") as further described in the Customer Packet and
the Work Order and We will proved to You hereafter" The Customer Welcome Packet designed and presented to the customer prior to installation shows panels, as well as the Installation Work Order which was signed by the customer 2/20/accepting the Installation shows panels. I am rejecting this response because: Though I now have someone calling to address the issue with me, there have been no actual steps taken to remedy the situation There has still been no one sent
to my home or any refund given for the months where they estimated bills when my system was not even turned on There is not yet any urgency on their part to make this right, though at least the person calling me is more polite He said all the right things but still no actual solutions have been given

I am rejecting this response because: That is not entirely true I keep trying to reach out to them only to get an answering machine - I think they owe me compensation for their
negligence and ignoring a problem on my roof. Can someone get them to answer that? Can someone get them to talk to me? Can someone get a qualified/certified technician to check out panels on roof? And why am I required to pay Vivint and National Grid bothI am out plus Vivint's last billing. I am tired of being told how sorry they are that I sort of was overlooked and did not notice anything was wrong until I got that monster bill from National Grid. All they kept saying is that they were so sorry, so very sorryThat does not fix the situation no help me out - I am on a very low fixed budgeted income and have other obligations monetarily. Will someone stop saying they are sorry and do something about this, please. I just called again this morning and left message with Executive Customer Resolution Specialist Jeanette J*** pleading that we work together but I need that money back. Also she promised me I could run space heaters. I cannot even keep one going financially. Also asked her a favor - for days at degrees shut down your heat, just shut it down entirely and see how it feels to try and function under those conditionsSimple request no one in their right mind would do unless they really cared. Well that is exactly what Vivint is forcing me to do, I HAVE NO CENTRAL HEAT just that machine. Thank you = Please help

I am rejecting this response because: the results from inspection performed last September 17, were unfavorable due to unforeseen errors that
were made by technicians who installed the panels last yearThe technicians are currently attempting to fix all the issues that the city inspector noticed during the time of inspectionI am currently waiting for the next phone call from the local office of Vivint Solar for the next scheduled inspection to finalize the corrected issuesThe technician assured me that the panels will be active before the end of this monthAnd for that reason, I would like an extension for this complaint in order to fully resolve the issue
Sincerely,

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this
response because: the response is typical of what Vivint has been doing since September, -- telling me that they are working on it I will only be satisfied when the company can demonstrate to me that their recommended number of additional panels will meet my electrical needs; that they provide me an immediate installation date; and that they agree to pay my trbill due in May/June of this year I talked with their representative on Friday, Mar 9, She has newly taken over my account Although I am sure that she is well-intended, the company has had more than enough time to resolve this problem Until they provide concrete evidence that they are resolving the problem, I will continue to reject their platitudes I intend to meet with an attorney this week to discuss a plan for moving forward to break the contract, if, indeed, Vivint is unwilling / unable to rectify this problem immediately
Sincerely,
