Review: I bought a product (Clear TV HD Antenna) over the phone (automated system). I received it on Monday, set it up and it does nothing for my TV reception so I decided to return it based on their 60 day Money Back Guarantee. the product came with no sales slip, packing slip or invoice - nothing with which to get in contact with them. Off to the internet and again no way to get the procedures for returning the product. I found out that they are a subsidiary of Tristar products of New Jersey so e-mailed them ANd called their customer support. I received another automated reply telling me to leave a message which I did (name, rank and serial number…). Still waiting.Desired Settlement: 1. refund my credit card (AMEX)

Review: I placed the order for POWER COOKER PRO W/CHOPPER & RECIPE BOOKS on 5/19/2014. Order number:[redacted] Confirmation number: [redacted]. As of today 6/242014, I have not receive my order yet. I did contacted the customer service several times and they always come up with an excuse for the delay shipping my order. They just tell me that the order will go out on next week but it never does. They already charged my credit card and I think that if they don't have the product available, they should not sale it. Review: This company sells flexible hoses via TV advertisement. I both a hose and the order for buy one get one free. The hoses arrived approximately 6 weeks later. Within a week of using the hose, it exploded.

I called and the hose was replaced. I used the second hose and within a week, it also exploded.

This hose was replaced. I did receive five or six hoses and they all were defective. Three exploded and 3 leaked in the seam of the hose. I asked for a refund and was told that the 60 days had passed for the return. Even though my last hose leaked, I was told that the 60 days have expired and nothing else can be done. My order # is [redacted].Desired Settlement: They should stop selling this hose. I have been traumatized by using this hose and it suddenly explodes and I am covered with water. It's a product that should not be sold. It would have been simple to just refund my credit card and stop sending hoses. I am going to try finding the advertising company that said that the hose worked and have them retract this validation. I can also tell as many people as possible that this is a rip off. It's a shame for this to exist. Just refund my credit card and I'll go away. Otherwise, I will keep pursuing until I get some satisfaction.

Review: I ordered a Perfecter Fusion Styler in June. After ordering this product, I decided, I did not want it and called the next day to cancel the order. I have verification that I cancelled this order and it states on the documentation that I ordered this product and cancelled it with supposedly no charge to my credit card. About a week later, the product was shipped to my house despite the fact the order was cancelled. When I called the company,they told me I could try it and if I did not like I would be able to return with no issues and my credit card charge cancelled. I check with American Express and despite the fact they have documentation they did not charge my card, they did. I tried the product but for my hair it was not good and I called the company at ###-###-#### and spoke to someone on 5 different occasions. The first person, I could barely here and sounded like she was in a huge warehouse. she took down my info and asked why I got a Perfecter as she saw the order was cancelled. I told her I did not know, but per their TV ad, I wanted to return it with Shipping and Handling form sent to me. She then sent me to the Return Department where I was on hold for over l hour with no one ever coming back to assist me. I was extremely frustrated and then called back on 6/24, 6/25, 6/26. I spoke to [redacted] who seemed to be very responsible apologized for the inconvenience and stated she would email me within l0 minutes the shipping and handling stickers so I would be able to return this item. When I returned from work that day and looked at my computer there was no shipping and handling info. Then I called the next day and spoke to [redacted] and she looked up the info from [redacted] and stated she had my wrong email address. She too promised to send me the shipping and handling info and told me to keep the extra products (bag, clips and brush) as their gift to me and apologized profusely for all of the inconvenience. I got home again no labels.Desired Settlement: I want to return this product, get this off my credit card bill and hope no one ever experiences this problem as I did. I have spoken to American Express and they are disputing the charge. My concern is this unreputatble company will not only bill my card once but the next two payments also. AE stated for me not to worry and they will reconnect with me and if they need to see the documentation of the cancellation of this product; they will let me know. I will be more than happy to return this product but I want a guarantee shipping and handling labels. I already have the numbers they want for the return but again they have never fulfilled this portion and I am very leery to send anything back unless Revdex.com or AE get involved. Review: When I ordered the motor replacement under the lifetime warranty the representative said I would receive my new motor in 7-10 business days and if the item is on backorder I would receive a refurbished item... so I paid for my order...

When I contacted them the shipping date is now August 2015. I was never informed of the back order and any update. When contacting them I was told sorry and my order was cancelled. I am rejecting this response because: the company knew there was a large back order delay and decided to wait until the sixth week mark to then notify customers. A good company would notify customers immediately. I told the rep on the phone that I was chatting with another rep who offered me a discount of $7.50 if I kept my order and wait for the items. I hung up on the rep from the phone who proceeded to cancel my order. Again this is not good business practice customers should be told immediately about the back order not wait until the last day the customer is expecting it! If no refund is necessary then I am satisfied on that end but not satisfied with how the customer service and business operates!

Review: the main problem is that the product (power pressure cooker xl) failed to operate after normal use ( 5 useages of 15 mins each) on the sixth try the unit was totally inert no electrical conection- itried different outlets but to no avail. The problem is that the power cord is detachable and is plugged into prongs. I doubled checked to see if the connection was secure and it was. Another problem is that the safety lock on the cover is not safe it is held in by a pressure a moveable metal pin that fits into groove held in by the force of the pressure against the cover, but it is possible for the cover to glide on the groove and open. this I would tolerate exerting extreme care if the product would function. However, I decided to call the mfgr and complain. When I called them [redacted] their rep said- they would send me another cooker- but that I would have to send the defective one back in it's original box they would send me postage paid voucher to place on the box and bring it to the post office. I explained that I no longer had the box since I thru it out after the second usage. I explained that I am 65yrs old w bil./hip replacement. no car and no one to help me. he was non-plussed. so I then told him I wanted to get my money back since the power cord was detachable that this problem might arise again-and I could not be going back and forth with this. he said the money back gty was missed by a few days and that I was not eligible. I asked for special consideration like sending the power cord to him as evidence that I was not trying to get another pot for free. he said no. I asked to talk to a supervisor and he wound up disconnecting me. I was so upset that I called the c/c comp. to file a dispute. this has been going on since sept. they will not relent.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop fighting the refund and drop the dispute. I filed this complaint with Revdex.com since the c/c co. does not get involved with the transaction as you do. I placed this order on 4/28/2014 as of 6/30/14

I called them on 6/30/14 and complained they said it was delayed due to back order but would arrive in july- it came 07/6/14- as I did not use this cooker every day it defected shortly after the 60 day moneyback period. it was funny had they count the days for expiration of the gty. but the 3mos they made me wait for the order fulfillment is not taken into consideration. I think this company is acting in a non-business like way and does not care about customer satisfaction. I would like them to drop their dispute and allow the c/c co to allow the recrediting of my account to be permanent

I am rejecting this response because: it does not take into consideration that returning the unit to them is no easy feat. As I stated I am 65 yrs oldI have by-lateral hip replacement, the unit is clumsy and heavy I do not have the original box and packing materials, I have no car, or anyone to do this for me, thepost office is over a mile away, I have to take a bus to get there-originally they were offering a post paid return sticker to cover the cost of the resend, they do not offer that now. I appreciate the desire on their part to approve the refund- but it does not address the above mentioned difficulties-I am willing to send them the cover and the power cord- to prove to them that I am not able to use the unit. I still maintain that had I been notified in a timely manner that there was a back order delay I can assure all involved that I would have cancelled the order and thus would have been able to avoid all of this. My proposal to james on 9/16/14 was that they send the replacement first so when I received it I would have that box and we could arrange the defective unit to be sent to them with the return postage sticker they were offering-james refused this and as I realized that there was no guaranty that this could all happen again(back order delay, defective product returning etc), I decided against replacement. and wanted a refund.

Review: I ordered a Jack LaLanne Power Juicer Classic on TV. It came with a 5-year guarantee. My motor froze up after a year so I called to get the address to return it for repair. I returned it on April 25, 2014. I was told to send a check for $29.99 to return the product back to me. Review: I bought a Power Pressure Cooker through ###-###-#### on September 2, 2015. On December 23, 2015 I turned on the cooker in order to cook some potatoes. Two minutes after I turned on the machine, it ceased to operate. I checked to see if the plug was loose, it was not. I checked the outlets, they were in perfect condition. I called the toll free number and spoke with Peter ([redacted]. He indicated that the warranty time had expired and I had to send $24.99 to Power Pressure [redacted], in order to get a replacement. Review: I purchased a Perfecter Fusion Styler online August 28, 2013. January 25, 2014 the Styler completely quit working. It does not get power. When I called I was told that this product I paid $100 for only has a 90 day warranty. For $100 the product should last longer than 6 months. I asked if they would not replace it, that they repair it. I was told by the Customer Service Manager I could take it somewhere and pay to have it fixed but they do not repair them. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews prior to buying this product, as I read the reviews I see it is common for the Styler to stop working around 4 months.Desired Settlement: I would accept a replacement or a refund. Based on the reviews, I am sure if I get a replacement it will not last over 6 months, but I would feel better about getting 1 year of service from a $100 product than 6 months.

Review: After seeing an advertisement about Clear Tv, I ordered the product. When I received the product it did not produce the amount of stations that it claimed. It only produced four stations that were of poor quality, all were religious or educational. I could not receive the local stations that I was suppose it receive. The product was suppose to produce local stations as well as religious and educational stations. Up to 10 stations in all. I called with my complaint and requested my money back after I returned it. When I asked to get a return label, I wasn't given one and the return address gives me reason for concern. ([redacted]) I did return the equipment on 1/21/1014, from my local Post Office. The post master was concerned about the return address as well. I do have the tracking #[redacted].

Even though the postage had already been paid and cost only $12.00 ($11.64) to return the product I had to pay it again to ship it back to them, and I was told by the company that I would only receive $99.81 back. I paid $140.00 for two systems. Two antennas and four amplifiers. I received four antennas and four amplifiers. (the antennas were by get one free)

My complaint is that the product did not work as claimed, I am not going to get back what I paid for the system. I received it on Friday 1/17/2014, and returned it 4 days later. There is a sixty day trail period. Which entitles me to a full refund.Desired Settlement: I don't want anyone else to fall pray to this company. I want all of my money back, but even if I don't get it I still want the public to be warmed. This is not a good company to do any business with. The advertisements are false and misleading. Once you pay for the product they try to get you to keep it for a $30.00 credit.

When Mr. [redacted] contacted customer service there was no mention that the product was defective. If so we would have certainly sent a return label. I have issued a full refund of $ 131.82 what Mr. [redacted] order total was. The refund was placed back onto Visa credit card ending [redacted]. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive the refund.

I wanted to thank you for helping me clear this matter up with this company. I did tell them that the product didn't work as the information of the product lead me to believe, but I feel that it is resolved now, so I'm done with it. Thank you so much. I will never order anything from those infomercials again. This was a well taught lesson.

Review: I ordered a Copper Wear Knee Sleeve (buy one get one free) and Ankle Sleeve (buy one get one free). I contacted them 2 days after the items arrived (I wanted to exchange the knee sleeves for a larger size, and return the ankle sleeves b/c I didn't like the way they fit). They told me to call back in 2 days b/c their system wasn't working and they couldn't process the request at that time. So I did (call back in 2 days). Then the customer representative told me that because I used PayPal to pay, he could neither refund my purchase, nor could he exchange the Knee Sleeves. I asked to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor informed me that she couldn't help me. Then later (after I kept asking why I can't just send them back and they send me the right size), she said that her system wasn't working and to call back in 2 days. I'm fairly certain that if I call back in 2 days I'll be told to call back in 2 more days.

Under their FAQ (on the following website), http://www.copperwear.com/faqs.php there is a question of "What is the Return Policy?" The answer (also posted to their site is, "We offer a full 60-day Money Back Guarantee (less Processing and Handling)" So then why can't I get a refund or exchange?Desired Settlement: I was charged $41.96 total. $13.98 was processing and handling. I would like a refund in the amount of $27.98 per their return policy posted to their website.

Review: I ordered and paid for a pressure cooker xl on 5/28/2014, my order status said it would be delivered in 5-7 days. It's been over a month and I still haven't received it. I called customer service to check on the status of my order and was told I wouldn't receive it for another week and a half and was promised a Walmart gift card for my inconvenience. I was then transferred to another business about signing up for a monthly subscription in order to recieve the gift card. I then tried to speak with a supervisor about late order and lie the representatives told me ([redacted]). I was not transferred to a supervisor I was rudely told " do you want it or not, you can't stop the order it's already shipped out this morning" I was told by [redacted] that it wasn't. They are extending rude and are misleading customers.Desired Settlement: A Better Business report on this business and the gift card that was o rotisserie to me.
