They said if we called a plumber to fix it we would be reimbursed
It is now over months later and still nothingI called their office at the branch phone number on my bill and spoke to a rather unpleasant receptionist (I'm guessing) that said they know about that and hung up on me
That is where my genuine disgust for Orkin startedI've asked my tech about it (***, he is their only redeeming quality in my opinion) and he has said he would pass that on also
Regardless of any resolution at this point I am now done doing business with this company and would encourage others to find perhaps a local vendor who app
