This firm was easy to do business with - ie scheduling, call-backs etc. Accessible and organized. All personnel were extremely helpful and polite. Appointments were on schedule. Good overall experience.

I needed much work done in my basement with a foundation wall. It was a 3 day job. Zach, Donald, and Matt were wonderful. They did a great job, were pleasant and worked so hard. They cleaned up when the job was completed. I have used Basement Doctor before and would use them again. Great crew and great company.

This was a VERY good work crew. The foreman was courteous and hard working. He communicated frequently with me to ensure that I was satisfied and to deal with minor issues he encountered. The "worker bees" did there jobs WITHOUT frivolous chatter. They worked like it was their mission to get the job done...little seen these days, but refreshing to see that it still exists. Consider me to be a happy customer.

The employees of Basement Doctor are well trained, competent and courteous. They worked hard and cleaned up afterwards. They went beyond good service and tried to make the disruption as minimal as possible. It has rained hard and my basement is dry. I would recommend them.

Basement Doctor was really quick to respond and to get the job done for a price far less than I was anticipating. I love their honesty. In a world full of chronic upselling, I greatly appreciated the fact they didn't do that. Would definitely recommend them!

We had some cracks in our poured basement walls through which water was leaking during heavy rainstorms. The Basement Doctor came out within 2 days for a site visit and evaluation that included some floor drilling to the subgrade and 3-4 waterproof panels on the walls. We accepted the proposal (about $3600), and the work was done by a crew of 3 in 1/2 day about 2-3 weeks later. The customer service was very good all around, and we can now re-carpet our basement.

I had water seepage in my basement. I called the Basement Doctors and Ryan, who came out to assess the problem was great. He explained my options and what he thought I needed. Alex and his team came out and did the work. They did a great job and cleaned up and hauled away what was not needed. It was followed up by an inspector. Hopefully this will take care of the problem. Very professional and on time.

They were quick to come out and check out the problem and within two weeks they fixed our basement in less than 4 hours. It wasn't near as expensive as we thought it was going to be. The only issue I had was that there was around a 200 dollar fee for an electrician that we had paid, and the only thing they had done was hold the wires out of place to put the object in place. Other than that it was reasonably priced and quick. We will go back to them if we have any other needs that we cannot handle ourselves.

The gentlemen from The Basement Doctor just finished a basement project for us today. They waterproofed our basement (support beams, drainage system, etc.) for us today. They did exactly as contracted. The workers were very competent, and polite. They cleaned up after they were finished - leaving us pretty much as things were beforehand. I have one concern regarding our sidewalk under which they put a portion of our outside drainage pipe. I wonder, if we will see any sinking/cracking of the sidewalk over the next few years. Time will tell. Other than that, everything went as planned, and we are satisfied.

We had a very positive experience with the Basement Doctor. They were friendly,careful and completed the job on time. Jesse, the foreman, did an excellent job of making sure that we were completely happy.

We had our basement crawlspaces encapsulated a few weeks ago. Very good experience. Done fast, courteously, and with a professional appearance. Our furnace had been circulating bad air from the crawlspaces, and lots of cold was getting in along with a bad smell. I've had HVAC cleaned before, filters changed, and nothing helped with the smell until I had this work done. The basement smelled better immediately. The house has smelled better as well when the furnaces turns on. Honestly, I really suggest getting the encapsulation done by these guys. Get the full Radiant barrier. Lots of people spend money on the exterior of their home, but it really seems to me there should be more focus on what lies beneath. This is now my go to company.

From start to finish my family was very happy with the job that The Basement Doctor performed. Nick was able to diagnose our problem and offer a quote/plan that very evening. Jesse was the next to visit, taking time to perform a per-inspection of the job and identified that we would greatly benefit from adding a dehumidifier to our basement. Lastly, Scott and his team completed the job in a timely manner, made sure everything was resolved and took time to go over the new equipment we had installed as well. This is a great team and would recommend them to anyone that has issues in their basement or crawlspace.

Alex and his crew did a phenomenal job. They were professional, reliable and were very quality oriented. And it was very timely as we got a lot of rain today. I would highly recommend the basement doctor to anyone.

We have used them three times, twice to put some bracing beams in the basement for fixing the wall and get it back to straight. Lastly, to remove and rebuild the sump pump well and put in a new sump pump and battery backup sump pump. The pump is quiet too. We used to hear the sump pump run on the main floor and now we don't.
They are professional. They came when they said they would and did their work cleanly and effectively.
