Just from the start the project manager Jesse which handled all the details from finance to lay out of the job was great and if I had a question all I had to do was call and he would handle it . Great service. When it comes to the work crew led by Jamison and his crew I can't say enough about being on time and when they started work they worked until done.These guys are amazing and they know just what to do and they clean up after the job is done. If I have any problems in the future I will be calling these guys. Thank you for every thing.

They gave us a price and they did not change It when we told them we were getting estimates like another popular competitor of there’s did. They also did not try to sell us more than we wanted or needed for the repair. In fact when they gave us options and we picked what we wanted done in accordance with what we needed, that was it. No pressure to add anything. They were not the lowest price, however they were honest and did exactly what they said they would do.
And it has been worth the price. This is a business where you will get what you pay for and I have heard from people hat had other companies do the work and had to have it fixed with in a year. They said they call the Basement Doctor to have it fixed correctly.
It was a great experience from the estimate through the final inspection.

The initial inspection and execution of my project was done in a very timely manner. Everyone I encountered from the company was friendly, kind and worked hard to make sure I was informed and my home was cared for. Ryan and Gary were both very helpful!

The guys that completed our work were so professional. The great service all started with my initial phone call...to the guy that provided my estimate...and ended with the workers. They did an awesome job replacing the underground drains out to the street. They thoroughly cleaned up everything and covered up the new drains very nicely. My yard doesn’t look much different than it did before the work was done. I would highly recommend The Basement Doctor.

Amazing! Very good at what they do. Very professional, took care in your home to be sure not to damage anything and picked up after they were done. Less than a 2 day install. Went over with me about what was being done, did a final walkthrough with to make sure I was happy with the work before signing off on the paperwork. Excellent experience!

My basement wall was being pushed in. The sales man lied to me about the start date of the job. He asked what date would be good to start, I checked my schedule and date A was arranged. As he was leaving I was looking over the contract and it said "work to start no sooner than". I asked him about it because I was taking off that week for this work, he said "we'll make that date work". That lie cost me 2000 dollars. The week before I thought the work was going to start their field supervisor and site supervisor came over to varify what need to be done. At that time they told me there's no way they could do it on that date. they looked at the problem and told me what was going to be done. 1. Dig an access ditch on the outside to releive pressure, they did, 2. push the wall back on the foundation where it had shifted off, they did not. 3 put a french drain in the bottom of the ditch and run it THROUGH the wall into the sump pump, they did not, they drilled INTO not THROUGH the wall so now all water collected by that drain empties INTO my basement wall. 4. the mechanical spring tension device they say will keep pressure on the beams against the wall can not operate as advertised, the tension is created and maintained by the bolt through the middle of the spring. 5. the city inspector failed the job upon inspection, no other information on this has been given to me. 6. They disctroyed my side yard in doing the job, I asked that they cover the yard with plywood and was told no it would not work with the Bobcat loader they used, this turned my yard into a mud pit. 7. They left trash in my yard when they left. 8. When they were able to return to try and fix the yard they seeded it with weeds, now it's on me to fix that. 9. When I would call them about their return to fix the yard and someone would answer they would lie about calling me back after they "checked their schedule". 10. the equipment they used damaged my driveway. they took pictures of these issues when they left. a representitive came out and looked at the problems a few weeks later and he also took pictures, nether of them bothered to pick up the trash when they were here. he suggested some finnacial compensation for the problems. I've never heard anything about that. In all fairness they did fix the bow in my wall, they did install beams to help support it but from the time the salesman was here to the time they all left it's been a mass of lies and misrepresentation. All this started in February of 19 and they were last at my home at end of May.

One week after The Basement Doctor extended my basement system to cover another section of my basement that had been leaking during heavy rains, we had a heavy rain and there was no water leaking into the basement. As a current customer of The Basement Doctor, the installation was expedited so that this additional problem area could be corrected. The foreman and the crew assisted in moving heavy items and completed the job in one day. They covered up items that couldn't be moved out of the basement with plastic to prevent dust deposits. The foreman provided complete instructions on what to do the day of and following up from the installation to prevent dust deposits in the house and to ensure complete curing of the concrete in the basement. I would recommend them to others with water issues in their basements.
