Basement doctor is a professional, detailed and complete service to resolve your basement water issues. We wanted our defective basement window area and poured wall crack fixed right the 1st time. From initial inspection to pre service tech inspection to final repair, you know what you were getting for the cost. Our basement is dry again! And area looks great. Highly recommended.

We had Santos (and another hard working, respectful installer I can’t remember his name) as our installers. Santos was informed, talented and truly cared about our home and the stress that a new install can create. We had sump pump and drain line installed to the street and we were stressed about the yard being dug up and the possibility of the irrigation system being hit (never happened). Minimal bump in the yard and sod was put back!
I wish I could give it 10 stars!

Our basement waterproofing and window replacement experience was outstanding from the initial meeting with Wes to the actual waterproofing completed by Jesse, Nick and Terry. Every individual we spoke with at Basement Doctor was professional and efficient—a top notch operation. Our crew was especially conscientious about treating us and our home with respect.

When the sales person came out he had asked me what were the 3 things I wanted to address. I said mold, wet walls and waterbugs. So he put together a plan to fix this. They were to put 2 coats of epoxy on my walls. They did not do that because the green paint they were to remove is shining through. I have mold growing in the form of icicles on the block. I have told them about this many times. I paid $23,000.00 and did not get what I paid for. I want this issue fixed by the highest person at this company. At the time I was not able to do steps because I am disabled. I feel I was taken advantage of because of this, because I could not do steps and see what they were doing. But I was assured it was being done right. My son even asked why not do this on the outside like Everdry suggested. I ended up going with the basement Dr. because I was told this would work. Everdry was $16,000.00.
If my walls were done right then why is the green paint coming through. They were to remove the paint. But clearly wasn't done.
I have mold and waterbugs still. After all that money spent and assured this would fix it. I'd say some kind of refund is due and the work done correctly. Because of all the headaches of it all.

The Basement Doctor installed steel girders to our cracked basement wall. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and very knowledgeable! The work they did was very well done. We would definitely use this company again!

The Basement Doctor was a fantastic company with which to work. Everyone from our first contact, Charlie to our installers Zach, Donald, big Matt and little Matt. Each man was professional, easy to work with and knowledgeable about the product and solutions for our problem. Charlie followed up with us after completion, answered additional questions we had regarding radon and provided contact information for a radon tester - all above and beyond in my opinion. We would definitely recommend the Basement Doctor as your #1 company to anyone who needed such services.

My wife & I are VERY Pleased with the work done by Jamison R and his crew. Six solid steel reinforcing beams were installed on our basement wall. The work done, Jamison took me on an inspection. There was an issue with insulation removal, but it was quickly addressed. I'd recommend Basement Doctor to anyone!

Give Basement Doctor a 5-star review in all respects. We just completed a $25,000 basement restructure and repair. This daunting experience was made 100 percent easier by the professionalism and kindness shown to my family (including my dog) by all of the Basement Doctor representatives that cared for our basement as if it were their own home. From the project supervisor Scott L, who did the pre-estimate and helped us through the financing process through his supervisor Rob, who helped us with rescheduling issues due to an unforeseen delay-to Jameson R, out first foreman,who showed us our home needed to be waterproofed -which we did not originally know to Jesse S, who with the help of 3 other men, completed the job ahead of schedule, despite bad weather and two power outages. Jesse completed the work with which were are beyond satisfied, explained how the sump pump battery and dehumifier worked, rehooked and tested our washer-dryer and did a thorough cleanup, making sure not to leave until we were satisfied. I will not hesitate to recommend Basement Doctor to any homeowner I know in need of such services. It was a truly pleasurable customer experience.

The team of Scott, Juve and Salvidor was excellent. They respected my house, keeping it as clean as possible while removing the old paint on my basement walls and applying a new epoxy coating. They finished a little faster than expected, cleaned up the workspace, and put appliances back in place.

I recently had Basement Doctor replace an old sump pump. The salesman who initially came out was prompt, explained every detail, and provided a reasonable estimate. The work was done in a professional manner.
My only complaint was about setting up the link between the sump pump and an app that was available for my smart phone. I could not set it up because of the complicated process. It took them two times to finally set it up on my phone.

I had issues with moisture in my crawl space causing damage to the structure of my home. The team from The Basement Doctor did an outstanding job getting it fix and preventing it from happen again.
The team which was Justin, Greg and Santos where very professional and knowledgeable. They kept me informed on what was going and how the work was progressing. They work extremely well together and got the work done on time.
