If you are going to invest the money in waterproofing your basement this is the company to use. Mike was very informative at the initial visit and explained everything he saw and options to resolve issues. He clearly explained how the process would work. James and his crew did an impressive job installing the system. They were efficient, professional and did great work. They made sure to answer any question and explained how to care for all elements of the system. Highly recommend.

I was impressed by the professionalism, good communication and friendliness of this company. They recognized that we had been taken advantage of by, the now defunct, Basement Guys. Since our "lifetime warranty" could not be used after the Basement Guys did inferior work (improperly installed carbon fiber strips), we contacted one of the former "guys" at the Basement Authority. After telling us over the phone that they would honor our warranty and correct the problem, we discovered this was not the case. They came and tried to sell us the same system (carbon fiber strips) that had failed with the Basement Guys. Needless to say, this has been a very trying time which has cost us thousands of dollars and a lot of labor and time, not to mention the emotional toll of being betrayed. It was reassuring to work with a company who had good skills, both in installation and communication. They recommended and skillfully installed steel beams. The crew that worked on our basement was wonderful. I highly recommend this business.

Zach and team were great. Very professional and courteous. Called every morning to let me know when they would be here. Would ask how I was and I would ask how he was and also said great thank you for asking. Great crew.

5-Star Service!! I highly recommend!! They did a beautiful job of water-proofing my basement walls! Plus, they honored a guarantee from years back (and a previous owner) by reinforcing the structure of two walls with steel beams! They protected my floors from the front door to the basement and covered everything down there with sheets of plastic! They left no mess at all! They were pleasant and dependable! The foreman, Thad M, was wonderful to work with! I highly recommend!!

The Basement Doctor did an excellent job. They were clean, courteous and thorough. They took care of our cracked foundation and water problem without creating extra stress or mess. We are now relieved that we have a no water, no chance for mold and a lifetime warranty.

Mike was the project manager and was absolutely wonderful. I had fully expected to have to wait a few days to get someone out(i called on a Saturday) but when he heard I was a licensed child care provider and needed my basement he came out that very day to assess it. Paul and his crew were out less than a week to fix it. they were all very respectful and worked hard. I've had a bad experience with a different company so wasnt sure what to expect,but I wouldn't go anywhere else now for waterproofing needs. they were truly great.

From the start with Robert F, everything went so smoothly. He was quick to figure out my dilemma and confident that his company could help me. He analyzed everything and it was no time until the crew leader, Justin came out to walk through the job with me , He was very thorough and knowledgeable about what was coming next. The crew was great, quick and efficient. Definitely this team works well together. Everything went as planned and I loved the extra touch of throwing grass seed over the new trenches in my yard. Everything was great. Mike came to the house to check everything out, and walked us through the options. Santos came and installed the system. They were flexible and great to work with.

They came for the appointments on time. Explained thoroughly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the problem. We got the estimate agreed to the work and the project manager came out to review everything with us and double check the information. When the work crew came they were very polite. They covered out floors in order to bring supplies and equipment in. They set up a plastic barrier so dust wouldn't spread to the rest of the basement or upstairs. The job was completed in one day. Everything was cleaned and swept. Then everything that was done was gone over with us. The warranty was explained. They will be visiting once a year to check the wall braces and make sure everything is working the way we expected it to. Great to work with. If we need any other basement work done we will call them.
