Basement Doctor is very organized and does quality work. Employees are very courteous, they keep you informed about what they are doing. They strive to make it as least intrusive as possible- including keeping your home as clean as possible.

Scott F and his crew from the Basement Doctor were amazing and did outstanding work. They put in two beams in a crawl space and was out in just 2 days. Would recommend Scott again with the amazing work he did and will use him of future home repairs!!!!!

My Crawl space had lost all its insulation to an opossum and her babies. The crew was very efficient in removing the old insulation and then applying the new insulation and foam along with a replacement sump pump. They were courteous and did a great job of cleaning up behind them. Good job.

I first contacted The Basement Doctor, regarding bowing in basement walls. The Project Manager (Robert) inspected the basement, and explained all options, and answered all questions. He visited an additional time to answer questions, and address concerns, and visually demonstrate recommended products; he was extremely helpful during the entire process. In addition to having force beams installed on the walls, a waterproofing system, and new pump were installed. The job foreman (Alex) was very professional, and explained the work required, and answered all questions/concerns. This work was done just before the holidays, and Alex and his crew completed the work in the allotted time, with minimal disruption, and as dust free as possible. I am currently very satisfied with the overall project.

This is the 3rd time I have had the basement doctor out to my house and I was not disappointed at the results. Jessie and his crew of young men did a great job fixing my bowed and cracked wall. Cleanup was good and they got job done as promised.

I had a great experience with The Basement Doctor. I requested a quote and was contacted within a day of requesting. Scott was the project manager sent to meet with me. He arrived on time and answered any questions I had.
The project was removing 2 former I-beams and applying 3 tension beams in their place. They also sanded down the paint on the wall and applied their epoxy product to the wall. The foreman for the job was Jesse and he was accompanied by Brady and Matt. They did a great job. Jesse was very specific to make sure everything was done in the cleanliest way possible and that everything was done to completion; triple checking everything. The group was diligent to place protective covering over anything in the premises. They also vacuumed and cleaned up after the job was done. Very professional crew and I will be contacting them again for any additional basement work needed.
The prices were not low, however, I am willing to pay a premium for such quality work, professional employees, and the warranty that comes with the work.

The Basement Doctor worked on our basement five years ago, installed a sump pump and dehumidifier, and we have had no problems in that area since. Most recently they replaced our dehumidifier. They have always been punctual, honest, and professional. Highly recommend!
