Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
this lady although verbally in her messages sounds nice does not have the full picture of this complaintHe also has not followed her own directions on when to call me back as it was 2:pm when she told me 12:noon yesterdayI have phone numbers and few are for my business and I am also disabled where it sometimes gets in the way of my answering the phone that is why I send her an email and left several voice messages with instructions and she could not follow themI asked her several times to leave a message put a time in for the following business day and then let me call her exactly at that time th grader would know how to do thatIn yesterdays message she was more concerned about making her self look more punctual about replying to the Revdex.com on time more than actually getting a hold of meShe is trying to make herself look like she is concerned but is way over worked with other important issuesAlso were talking about a situation that is current notice how she brings up something of the past that's not how court works in defense of a situationYou can use a different or past situation with a current issueShe has done that in current reply to the Revdex.comShe says she cant find notes well I found a tracking number created by the T-Mobile employees that made the promises in order to return the defective phone they sent out and it was on the th of April sent to my email. So once again what the heck is she talking about or looking atThan I get some C & D letter from some other puppet working in that company telling me never ask for an adjustment or phone again and that I am violating company policyThese people think there schooled in law I already have my law degree along time ago and work a business that involves defending potential clients from debt collecting attorneysIm just trying to give someone reasonable a change from that ignorant company to resolve and easy concernIts cost a lot more to see it my way in court just tell her to add up the litigators expense to come to Houston before the actually trial if need beSome people only make there self sound real professional but aren't really concerned about handling business correctlyI been with that company for yrs as a customer and she was probably yrs old what can she tell me about how there program works that I don't already knowIf she thinks she just send a reply like this to the Revdex.com and its all over for her you can tell her its only the beginningI suggest she should have spoken to me first before her reply or get with the issue here not the promotion for more money within her companyLike I say fake is fake and her generic reply sounds just like thatWait until this gets to the news media I would be glad to go face to face from anyone in that companyYou can check out this certified letter I got from them alsoMy lawyer friend has already faxed them a response to themIt give them the opportunity to get this issue corrected and avoid any legitimation over a $phone or a promise for a high priced phoneObviously by looking at this women's response she doesn't have the entire story accurate and she is more concerned about just replying to the Revdex.com on time rather than handling this differentlyYou have got other complaints to handle and I cant wait to see you fact to face or who ever you send from that company to defend your promises that have not been kept or have been denied either way I have enough to show the public and court who is talking accurate and who is talking fake factsHow you proceed will dictate the next the move and currently I don't agree with your current resolution but will give you a week to go over the facts again as you missed pieces of it from what I can easily see in your response

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:First and foremost, I was introduced to the rebate program when this program was already expired. I was technically "fraud"-ed by T-Mobile. The sales rep gave me all the details in how to apply and I followed all the steps and waited months to find out that the program was expired even before my account was activated and all that T-Mobile can offer me was "I'm sorry" at first and after couple more run arounds with managers only $credit to my account. It took me to file a complaint through Revdex.com for them to even give me a courtesy phone call to resolve the matters. Second of all, the initial upfront amount of $DID NOT exceed my final bill. My final bill from my previous carrier was $which I have attached and the information can be found on top of page of the attachment '***', So I think it is pretty obnoxious for me to see that they have stated as if their offer was being granted to me despite their fact that the upfront amount exceeded my final bill balance. So I am going to say NO, $is evidently not even close to my final bill amount from previous carrier.Third, when I got my phone through T-Mobile, I traded in my I-Phone Plus at the time and when they gave me a courtesy call I told them if I return the phone I have, I need to have my phone returned as well, they rejected my offer stating under their "policy" such thing would not be permitted. I think fraud is not permitted anywhere, I am not sure if that is permissive in their strict "policy" and knowing that I was lied to by a company as big as T-Mobile, very very disappointed and makes me upset to think about how they addressed the issue up to this time All I wanted was to have a nice brand new phone with the best deal that was out on the market, but maybe it was too good to be true afterall, I just wished that they gave me the true facts and numbers I was going to be dealing with, not a lie to customers and end up coming this far which I did not want or expect. If that was the case, I would have never switched my provider with the deal that they eventually left me with. I fear that some of the customers present at the time are not paying enough attention and not recognizing the money not being rebated. These summarize why I reject T-Mobile offer to resolve the complaint. Above are facts from the date of purchase up to now. Hope I made myself clear enough to an extent where one can fully understand.Sincerely,
*** ***

To Whom It May Concern:
T-Mobile USA, Inc(“T-Mobile”) is in receipt of your correspondence dated May 16, 2017, regarding the above-referenced account
T-Mobile regrets that Ms*** feels that our previous response is not sufficient to resolve the concerns presented in her letter to your agencyPlease be assured that T-Mobile strives to provide world-class service to all of our customers on each and every contactWe also make every effort to provide complete and accurate information to our customersWe apologize if any T-Mobile employee failed in any way to display that during Ms***’s recent contact with our representatives
Likewise, T-Mobile regrets any ongoing concerns Ms*** experienced in regards to her T-Mobile accountT-Mobile records confirm that from April 17, 2013, through March 18, 2014, Ms***’s account was subscribed to the Stateside International Calling feature for $10.00, plus taxes, per month
On February 17, 2014, Ms***’s account was subscribed to the Value Unlimited Talk and Text promotional rate plan for $40.00, plus taxes, per monthAdditionally, on April 25, 2014, Ms***’s account was subscribed to the Simple Choice Unlimited data feature with 7GB of mobile hotspot for $30.00, plus taxes, per monthThis feature remained on Ms***’s account until August 6, 2015, when it was changed to the Simple Choice Unlimited data promotional feature for $20.00, plus taxes, per month
It is important to note that from November 17, 2014, through February 15, 2017, Ms***’s account was subscribed to the Stateside International with Mobile feature for $15.00, plus taxes, per monthDuring this timeframe, on May 17, 2016, Ms***’s account was subscribed to the Select Choice Unlimited Talk and Text rate plan for $20.00, plus taxes, per monthAs Ms***’s account retained the unlimited data feature for $20.00, plus taxes, per month, and the Stateside International with Mobile feature for $15.00, plus taxes, per month, with estimated taxes, Ms***’s estimated monthly recurring charges were estimated to be $per month
Please note that Ms***’s December 17, billing statement reflected a balance owed of $Additionally, Ms***’s January 17, billing statement reflected a balance owed of $Furthermore, Ms***’s February 17, billing statement reflected a balance owed of $It is T-Mobile’s position that Ms***’s account is being accurately billed for her selected rate plan and featuresPlease note that with the features that Ms***’s account is subscribed to, T-Mobile is unable to provide Ms*** with a bill of $per month
Additionally, please be advised that in T-Mobile’s Terms and Conditions, customers are advised that they are required to notify us of any disputed charges within days of T-Mobile providing notice of the chargesIf a customer does not report the dispute within that time frame, they waive their right to dispute the charge(s)Our records indicate that the as stated above, the Stateside International Calling with Mobile feature was added to Ms***’s account on November 17, 2014; however, the first notice that T-Mobile received regarding a dispute of this feature and associated charges was on February 15, As this is beyond the dispute period, it is T-Mobile’s position that Ms*** remains responsible for all charges billed to the account for the Stateside International Calling with Mobile feature
As stated in our previous letter, on February 15, 2017, Ms*** contacted T-Mobile’s
Customer Care department and advised that the account should be subscribed to the Stateside International Calling feature for $10.00, plus taxes, per monthAs a result, on that day, Ms***’s account was subscribed to the Stateside International Calling feature for $10.00, plus taxes, per monthPlease note that this feature does not cover calls to international mobile numbers in PolandTherefore, as Ms*** was calling mobile numbers in Poland, her account was charged $per minute for those calls
In an effort to resolve the matter, on May 1, 2017, T-Mobile subscribed Ms***’s account back to the Stateside International with Mobile feature for $15.00, plus taxes, per monthAdditionally, on that day, T-Mobile applied a courtesy credit of $70.82, reducing the balance owed to $On May 2, 2017, T-Mobile received a payment of $107.88, reducing the account balance to zero
Records confirm that Ms***’s May 17, billing statement reflected a balance owed of $Of this amount, $was for Stateside International calls made to Poland after Ms***’s billing cycle close date of April 16, Therefore, T-Mobile applied a credit of $to Ms***’s account, reducing the balance owed to $It remains T-Mobile’s position that Ms***’s account is being accurately billed for her monthly recurring servicesTherefore, T-Mobile respectfully declines Ms***’s request for credits to be applied to her accountShould Ms*** wish to discuss this matter further, she may contact me directly at the number listed below
Based on the foregoing, we respectfully request that this complaint against T-Mobile be closed
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionShould you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at 877-290-ext***
