T-Mobile USA, Inc(“T-Mobile”) is in receipt of your correspondence dated May 13, regarding the above-referenced accountWe are pleased to inform you that we have addressed Mr***’s concerns to his satisfaction
We regret any inconvenience to Mr*** regarding his account charges and we appreciate the opportunity to address his concernsOur records indicate on March 2, 2017, Mr*** activated the above-mentioned account with three lines of service and enrolled in our T-Mobile One All In rate plan at $per month for the first two lines and $per month for the additional lineAs such, Mr***’s first bill was produced in the amount of $and was due on March 30,
Please note, newly activated individual postpaid T-Mobile accounts are billed by a system known as “bill current”This means that charges for a customer’s rate plan are billed in advance of the service being provided and become due within that billing cycle
However, on March 3, 2017, Mr*** cancelled his account by porting out his numbers which caused the first month’s charges to be rerated to $Later, on March 20, 2017, T-Mobile applied a credit of $as there was no usage on the accountRegrettably, due to an inadvertent error, a final billing statement of $was still produced on Mr***’s accountT-Mobile regrets any inconvenience this matter has caused

As previously stated in our letter to your office dated April 2, 2017, T-Mobile absolved Mr*** of the balance of the iPhone 32GB handset honoring the Apple Black Friday promotion despite him not meeting the full qualifications of the promotionIn addition, on March 31, 2017, T-Mobile applied a one-time courtesy credit in the amount of $to resolve Mr***’s concernsIt is T-Mobile’s position that no further credit is due
Additionally, it is important to note that the traof a device within the retail store is a final transactionPursuant to the agreement signed at the time of the trade-in, Mr*** agreed to and accepted terms which included statements such as “You are giving up full ownership rights to the Handset”, “the sale of Your Handset is final, non-refundable and non-returnable (unless otherwise required by law)”, and finally, “By surrendering Your Handset, You are accepting the Offer Price and have read and agreed to the T-Mobile Device Recovery Program Terms and Conditions”
Please be advised that the above information applies even when cancellation of service is requested and processed within the purchased handset’s return periodT-Mobile retail stores and our dealer locations do not retain tradhandsets; as such, although T-Mobile regrets any inconvenience to Mr***, we are unable to return his handset as it is no longer in the possession of the store where he performed the upgrade
However, in a further effort to amicably resolve Mr***’s concerns, on April 10, 2017, T-Mobile has unlocked MrDemianzuk’s iPhone handsetand emailed Mr*** with the Mobile Device Unlock instructions needed to unlock his deviceT-Mobile regrets any inconvenience to Mr*** and we appreciate his business

*** *** Your File No*** T-Mobile Account No*** To Whom It May Concern: T-Mobile USA, Inc(“T-Mobile”) is in receipt of your correspondence dated August 25, 2017, regarding the above-referenced account. We regret any concerns to Ms*** regarding her claim of payment remitted towards the Purchase Option Price (“POP”) of the Apple iPhone gigabytes (“GB”) handset and her T-Mobile billing. Please be advised that JUMP! On Demand (“JOD”) is a lease program that breaks a phone’s cost down into equal monthly payments with taxes, upon approved credit. Customers only pay taxes on the capital cost reduction payment at the time they receive the device. Our records reflect that on October 10, 2015, Ms*** took advantage of our JOD lease program and obtained one Apple iPhone 16GB Silver handset, one Apple iPhone Gray 16GB handset and one Samsung Note Charcoal handset. At this time, Ms*** agreed to monthly installments of $plus taxes for all three devices. It is important to note that at the end of the month lease, customers are billed a remaining POP on each device being leased Upon review, we confirmed that the final JOD lease payments for the Apple iPhone 16GB Silver handset and the Samsung Galaxy Note Charcoal handset of $and $plus taxes reflected on Ms***’s billing statement dated March 11, 2017, and their respective POP of $and $plus taxes, appeared on the April 11, 2017, billing statement. Customers can pay the POP in full with their account balance or take advantage of a Purchase Option Installment Plan (“POIP”). The POIP offer provides customers the option to break the POP up into nine monthly installments to appear on the following billing statements; in order to initiate the installment plan customers will have to make a small up-front payment that varies based on the POP amount. The POP amount is systematically reversed when the installment plan is initiated and customers will see credit for it on their next billing statement. Both of the POPs for the Apple iPhone 16GB Silver handset and the Samsung Galaxy Note Charcoal handset were paid off by Ms*** in full with her account balance. We also confirmed that the final JOD lease payment for the Apple iPhone 16GB Gray handset of $plus tax was as well reflected on the Ms***’s billing statement dated March 11, 2017, and it’s POP, which totaled $with taxes, appeared on the April 11, 2017, billing statement. However, Ms*** took advantage of the POIP and agreed to nine installments of $per month. As of August 26, 2017, the Apple iPhone 16GB Gray handset has a remaining POIP balance of $and four remaining monthly installments. Our records indicate that Ms*** is currently subscribed to T-Mobile Simple Choice North America Unlimited Talk, Text and 10GB Two Lines rate plan for $per month with mobile numbers ending in 5915, *** and 9443. The line ending in *** is the additional line on the account and is billed $per month. The lines ending in *** and *** have the Premium Handset Protection (“PHP”) Mobile Security feature for $per month. Our records reflect that Ms*** also has two Equipment Installment Plans (“EIP”) active on her account. EIP is a payment option that allows eligible customers to purchase handsets and accessories by making a down payment at the time of purchase and agreeing to pay the remaining balance in installments July 11, 2016, two IIPNPI Lifeproof Avalanche accessories with monthly installments in the amount of $1.05.March 20, 2017, one Apple iPhone 32GB handset with monthly installments in the amount of $ Our records as well reflect that Ms*** has the below JOD lease program active on her account. December 20, 2016, two Apple iPhone Plus 32GB handsets with monthly installments in the amount of $plus applicable taxes. A review of Ms***’s account confirms that she has been billed accordingly to her selected services and features. Based on the above, Ms***’s estimated monthly recurring charge is approximately $including the POIP, EIP and JOD monthly payments, and before any applicable taxes and fees As a gesture of goodwill and in an effort to amicably resolve this matter, on August 26, 2017, T-Mobile agreed to close and credit the remaining POIP balance of $for the iPhone 16GB Gray. Complaint: ***I am rejecting T-Mobile's response because - I called customer service on and confirmed that I could indeed do a transfer and still be eligible for this promotion to add two linesIn fact I wanted to think it through and did not take up the offer right away the representative brother called me later and offered to put my ex-husband on the phone to take care of the transfer of responsibility so that according to her I would not miss the offer and its deadlineIn so doing T-Mobile has got me into a commitment that I am not able to afford to keep and yet I am unable ship back to the previions owner without getting into illegal mess about financial responsibilityThere is no way I could have foreseen the strapNumber two - I was told I still needed to change the SIM card to which I agreed and I was told those SIM cards would not arrive before the 26th of NovemberThis conversation was still in reference to T-Mobile's offer additional line for freeThat mrR*** The Wreck of the representative now tells me claimed the offer beyond the deadline of the 22nd of November is at best disingenuousMoreover I have emails that show that for this specific offer that I claimed on 11/19, T-Mobile had in fact not even shipped the SIM cards until the 26th well after said deadline the response t3o the bureau StatesT-Mobile records confirm Ms*** initiated a Change of Responsibility (“COR”) to have two numbers moved from another account to her accountWe confirmed two new lines could be activated then replaced with the COR numbers and still be eligible for this offerHowever, the new lines were not activated until November 27, As such they were not eligible to participate in the above promotion If required I am happy to share copies of this shipment notification. Why would T-Mobile give me an offer I didn't ask for put me in a situation send the SIM card will after the deadline only to tell me that I am now too late and put me in a situation where a free gift of $should be irresistible? I would still have been trapped into an obligation that is entirely not my doing and totally in order for T-Mobile to make good onThank you
I am rejecting this response because:
